Microsoft begins creating logos to quench his loneliness. He thought that taking care of them would be a breeze, but after some particularly bad incidents, he just can't take it anymore.

Why does Microsoft like Windows 1.0 so much? He almost never pays any attention to me.
I mean... i'm kind of ok with that, i just find it a bit annoying.
But what if i want some chocolate too, but 1.0 over there gets the entire bar?
Bruh i swear to god.
I uh... i guess ill just sit in my room until he stops smothering 1.0 with love. Eugh.
2 YEARS LATER
Narrator's P.O.V
Windows 95 jumped out of bed as he heard loud noises coming from downstairs, and fell face first onto the floor. These were new sounds to him... they sounded like some sort of machine working. He just stood there for a second before getting up. He debated whether or not he should find out what it was, but before he knew it, he was already walking down a staircase he had never seen before. But the sound was coming from down there so he didn't pay much attention to it.
He stayed as silent as he could, and when he got to the bottom he saw... Microsoft? Looking into some sort of machine...?
He just stood there, confused, until the machine stopped making noises. He held his breath as he walked back up the stairs slowly, but immediately stopped when he heard a... really weird sound. Like a startup chime? But it sounded heavenly. As if angels were singing it. He didn't want to look back. He was already creeped out.
He silently continued to go back up the stairs. Once he got to the top, he RAN to his room, jumping into the covers while saying "nope nope nope" over and over.
He closed his eyes and tried to go back to sleep. As he was dozing off, he could have sworn he heard Microsoft say...
"Welcome, Longhorn."
...
And then a scream.
He didn't know who it came from.
But he didn't care.
He was still overly confused of what just happened.
This was... interesting to say the least. And scary as hell.
