KOTLC - Lost

Chapter 4: Atlantis

Mr. Forkle and her friends were already waiting for her, along with the 12 Councillors. Stina and Marella stood by her friends and their bodyguards. Sandor waited until everybody looked away to approach Grizel, and kissed her on the cheek (awwwww). Bo and Flori strolled over to the rest of the bodyguards. Surprisingly, they were all becoming friends. 

Sophie was glad that Stina was becoming her friend. She wasn't too bad after all. She was actually a pretty nice person. 

She shook her head to clear her mind. Anyways, back to business, she thought to herself. The Neverseen had agreed to meet in Atlantis. She felt ready as ever.

Fitz strolled over and Sophie met his impossibly teal-blue eyes. She felt the butterflies, but she shoved them away. 

"Hey. Are you ok?" Fitz said, as he smiled. 

"Sure," she sighed.

"Hey, if there's anything you'd like to tell me, I'm always here okay?" He took her hands, and then held them.

Sophie blushed, and then cleared her throat. "Me too. I'll be here too."

Fitz looked at the crowd of people who were now staring at them. He blushed. 

Mr. Forkle must've noticed, and scratched his head. 

"Listen, stick together. We may not know when the Neverseen may come or if it is just a chance for an ambush." Mr. Forkle shook his head and muttered something that went along the lines of "I can't believe the Council agreed to this and brought us in".

They all nodded, and then scurried over to the Fountain of Unity. Last time they were here, it didn't go too well. 

Sophie was busy thinking and worrying about all types of possibilities when she noticed she was lacking behind her friend group, and Tam, Biana, Linh, and Dex were all in front of her. One of the Councillors, Bronte, caught up with her. 

"Miss Foster, I believe in you. You can do this. We can deliver the final blow."

Sophie nodded, and smiled. Bronte went from being one of her least favourites to one of the only supporters in the Council. 

Atlantis was quiet, as everybody was evacuated out due to what the Neverseen were planning. To be completely honest, Sophie was surprised that the Neverseen were asking  for a meeting with the Black Swan and the Council.

They finally arrived at the Fountain of Unity. 

"Hey." Linh said as she walked beside Sophie, who jumped.

"You remember last time we were here?" Sophie asked. "It was quite the experience."

"Oh, was it now?" Tam sounded, making Sophie jump again. 

"Oh my gosh can you guys please stop scaring me?" she whisper-screamed. They all laughed.

"No will do." Dex, Wylie, Fitz, Biana, Marella and Stina screamed behind her. Sophie was so scared she fell onto the cold pavements of Atlantis. 

Everybody laughed hysterically, even Sophie. Marella helped her up, and they all continued laughi-

"Sophie, we have long awaited for your coming."
