Chapter 8

Jessica's pov

I grab my knife from under my pillow and go inside my closet. It made be stupid but I have a plan. I hear muffled voices downstairs and then I hear a pair of footsteps coming up.
     My bedroom door creaks open and I hear footsteps exploring my room. I look through a crack in the closet and see a guy with a yellow hoodie,black Jean's and black sneakers roaming my room. He also had on a black ski mask that had red eyes and a red frown sewn into it.

He comes closer to the closet and I he opens it. It was completely silent before he shut it back. "Masky she isnt in here" the guy yelled. "She has to be double check I'm going to check outside" another guy yelled from downstairs.
    The front door closes and I take my chance to open the closet door and see my room empty. The ski mask guy was about to go downstairs when I tackled him making the both of us go tumbling down. When we reach the bottom, I punch him and he grunts throwing me off. He tackles me and takes out something and I realize it was a gun.
 
He points it to my head taking the safety off. "Now let's do this the easy way or the hard way. You either come with us or you get a bullet put through your head" he said. "How about we do it my way" I said I knee him in the stomach and he groans in pain. I place my knife against his throat holding it there. "Who do you work for" I asked. "To find out you have to come with us" he said.
     I growl and push the knife closer but before I could do any damage I get hit in the head with something and I get knocked out cold.

*time skip*

My eyes shoot open and I swing my head around looking at my surroundings but I immediately regret it since I had a killer headache. The room I was in was dark and the only light was the dim lightbulb hanging from the ceiling.
      I was cuffed to a pole and my wrists hurt like hell. "Where the hell am i" I mumble to myself. Static then shows up out of nowhere. It pained so much that I felt like I was about to faint but it soon died down. I look up and see a tall skinny white tree looking creature standing over me. It had a black suit on making it look more formal.

"Hello jessica my name is slenderman but you can call me slender." He said even through he had no face. I stayed dead silent not wanting to speak to this thing. "Fine. You may be wondering why your here well it's because we want to find out how you got all of these abilities and the only way to find out is by getting to your friend and the only way we could have done that is by taking you" he explained and I scowled.
       "We did take a few things from you like your weapon and necklace which I must add is very intresting" he said and my head shoots up and I growl. "Dont you even think about doing anything to that necklace or else" I said and he chuckled. "What's so special about this" he asked pulling it from his pocket. "It may not have meaning to you but to me it's very special. Anyone who breaks it or does any damage to it I will hurt them so bad" I said.

He looks at me for about 5 seconds and then teleports away. 3 minutes after a short person comes downstairs and as they got closer I see a boy with yellow hair and a link outfit on. He had black eyes with red pupils in the middle with blood flowing out of them. He was carrying a plate of what looks like oatmeal.
    He sits in front if me and smirks. "Well hello their pretty lady how are you" he asked and I just stared at him. "Not a talker huh well that's fine I'll make you talk soon. But I have to feed you so open wide."he said scooping up a spoon full of oatmeal and bringing it towards my face. I refused to open and he rolls his eyes prying open my mouth with his two fingers and shoving the oatmeal in my mouth.

Refusing to eat anything they gave me I spit it out onto the floor. Then I remembered something that could help me get out of here. "Hey" I said and he looked up. I stared into his eyes for 3 seconds and his red pupils dissapeared making his eyes look like a two black holes. I smirk as he sits there motionless.
     "Free me" I said and he slowly gets up and walks upstairs. 6 minutes passed and I began to get impatient but when I heard the door open I began to get excited. The boy walks back down with keys in his hand and unlocks the handcuffs for me. "Now retrieve my necklace" I said and he walks back up the stairs as I stand up rubbing my wrists.
      I see my knife on a table and I go over and pick it up. I see the boy come back down and he hands me my necklace. I shove my knife in my pocket and put my necklace around my neck. I have the boy follow me until I reached the top of the stairs. Then I tap his head seeing his red pupils appear again. He looks confused but before he could react I push him down the stairs watching him tumble down.
    I push open the door and I see my exit. I didn't see anybody and I sighed in relief hurrying over to the door and opening it. I run outside as the wind hits my face and I let out a sigh of relief. I hear voices from behind me and I run as fast as I could forward. What felt like forever of me running in reach the start of the forest and run back to my house before bursting through to door to see a startled Phoenix on the ground.
