I said goodbye to my family the following day. I'd talked a bit about returning with them, but my father wouldn't allow it. He promised to call if it was dire need.

"How are you feeling?" Dean asked me that night.

"Don't shrink me," I breathed. He tutted.

"I'm not." I sighed.

"I'm feeling like an ass."

"Why?"

"Should I have pushed harder to go back? Or for him to stay here?"

"Johnny, your dad doesn't want your life to stop." I huffed.

"It's not fair," I pouted.

"I know. I'm sorry." I shut my eyes and sighed.

"I'm going to take a bath." I climbed out of my bed and headed into the bathroom, starting the water. When it was three-fourths full, I shut off the faucet and stepped in, sighing at the warmth.

I rested my head on the back of the tub and sighed, shutting my eyes.

When I reopened my eyes, I was sleepy and ready to get out.

I wrapped a towel around my waist while the water drained and was about to take a step when I slipped on water, flying onto my back.

I groaned in pain.

"Johnny?" The door opened and Dean looked down at me, frowning. "What happened?"

"I slipped." He reached down to help me up but when I took his hands I just yanked him down and on top of me. He grunted and I smiled, kissing the corner of his mouth.

"Johnny, what are you doing?" I shrugged.

"I don't know." He narrowed his eyes and I stared up at him, scanning his face.

"You're weird," he teased, attempting to rise but I tugged him back. "Johnny."

"Yeah?"

"You want something. What is it?" I shrugged.

"You."

"You have me." I huffed and licked my lips.

"I want you." He blinked in surprise and scanned my eyes.

"I... Right here?"

"Right here." He scanned my eyes.

"But you're sad," he said softly and I ran my thumb across his lips.

"Make me feel better," I whispered. He bit his lip and I raised my chin. I lifted my head to kiss his lips and he let me, leaning into me.

"I'm sorry," he murmured against my lips. I shook my head.

"Let's not talk about it." He licked at my lips, slowly opening my towel, and I removed his shirt. The only thing left between us was his jeans.

"You could break my heart and I'd thank you," Dean breathed into my mouth. I laughed against his lips before he moved his kisses down to my neck.

"I'm not going to break your heart." He nipped at my skin and I hissed while he smiled.

"I know that." He rose his body and held himself up with both hands beside my head. "Feel better?" I laughed softly, in attempt to avoid the question. He stared at me and I smiled.

"It doesn't make it go away, but you make everything better. No matter what you do." He kissed my neck up to my jaw and cheek, then my lips.

"I'm happy to hear that." I kissed him, and he smiled against my lips while carefully pulling us up.
