The Pain I've Endured

She is alone

She walks on by
Her head held high
Her heart breaks unevenly
As her wrist continue to bleed
No one really listened
Let alone pays attention
As her life drags on so slow
She tries to hide her tears
She can't handle all of her fears
Running away from her nightmares
It's not like anyone really cares
Wishing she could have sweet dreams
She wakes up at night screaming
She only wants someone to love her
But they don't so she pulls the trigger
White lights flood her mind
As she's whispering her goodbyes
Blood spilling over her thoughts
She tries one last time to cry out
