Chapter Four: JORDAN CAN SUCK MY ASS

Sunday, 3:00am (David's P.O.V)

I couldn't believe Aria had a brother. And he was a Descendent too! After Kate used compulsion to calm Aria down I decided to take her home. Then I would come back and we would develop some kind of plan to kill Jordan and his pack of mutts. She was silent while we walked. It wasn't until we reached her roof that she spoke.

"Thank you, for walking me home" she said.

"Aria, why didn't you ever tell me that you had a brother?" I asked.

"Because I don't! I'm an only child! Ben is not a part of our family anymore. He just choose his other family over his real one!" she yelled.

"What happened? How where you guys separated?" I asked.

"It was when I still lived in Poland. Me and him were at this babysitting house. An older man and his wife lived there and they babysat kids in our neighborhood. Instead of having us play and feeding us, they would beat the other kids in the basement and keep us upstairs, where we didn't do anything. We were bored but we never cried because that would result in being beaten in the basement. No one ever told their parents about this. One day, me and Ben were sitting by the door and I had a cough. The old man took me to the basement and grabbed a belt. However, before he closed the door to the basement, I managed to hide behind a old closet. He came back and once he stood right in front of it, I pushed with all my strength until it fell onto him. Then I ran upstairs and towards the door. I wanted to leave with Ben but he wouldn't budge. He kept saying that the man will beat us for leaving. I couldn't waste time and carrying him would slow me down, so I opened the door and the wife heard it from the kitchen. I ran away from the house and I could hear her yelling from the door, "You think you can get away?". I got home and called the police, then my parents. But by the time we all got to the house, it was empty. All the kids, the woman, the old man were gone. They searched for them for 5 months and then gave up. My parents couldn't stand living there anymore, so we moved far away. Here, where my uncle lived" she told me. Then she started to breathe heavy.

"Calm down, it's going to be okay" I said.

"STOP TELLING ME THAT! We both know it's not true! I'm a descendent, I'm going to be killed! Maybe if I was still like my old self we could work something out with the wolfs but I'm not! I'm like Kate! I don't care anymore! All I want is blood and I'm willing to kill everyone in this city to feel alive again" she said.

"Listen, I'm going to go back to Fang Club, me and Kate are going to create a plan, and your going to be safe. We'll kill them, claim Fang Club, and then Kate will teach you and I'll help you gain control" I said.

"And if that doesn't work? If the wolfs win? Or even if we win, what if I won't be able to gain control?" she said.

"Would a little positive thinking kill you? We'll make sure Jordan doesn't harm you and then you'll focus and think clearly and you'll see that everything is going to be just like I said" I told her, putting my hands on her shoulders.

"JORDAN CAN SUCK MY ASS!!" she yelled and pulled away from me.

She turned her back at me and put her hands to her face. She wasn't crying thought, that wasn't in her style anymore. I wanted to protect her, keep her alive, help her and of course kiss her. I knew that would happen when all this ends. She needs to see it too. I was going to say more but she turned around, walked towards me, gave a kiss on the cheek and climbed in through her window. I stood there, wishing she kissed my lips instead of my cheek. Then I started to walk back to Fang Club.

4:01am (Aria's P.O.V)

I climbed in through my window and just stood there. I wasn't going to cry, that wasn't what I did. Not anymore. Suddenly, I saw someone on the roof of the building opposite mine. Was it David? Did he forget to tell me something? I climbed out my window and back onto my roof but David wasn't there and the figure I saw wasn't there either. I climbed back down, changed clothes and went to bed.

4:45am (David's P.O.V)

When I got to Fang Club, it was still the same as I left it. The same amount of people, no one came, no one left. It was almost worrying that we haven't seen the wolfs yet. When Kate saw me, she froze and then said-

"Gather around everyone!"

Everyone came to where she was standing, near a table, on which there was a large paper and a few pencils. It was for planning the attack.

"Here is what I propose:" she said, "We invite the wolfs, tell them that we don't want any trouble and we're willing to give up our Descendent as long as they don't hurt any of us. We arm our selves with weapons to kill them. Then, once they arrive, we take them by surprise".

Everyone seemed to agree, this plan was the best one. The one most likely to work. There was just one person I wanted to be here for it too- Benjamin. Maybe if he contributed to assuring his sisters safety, things between them would improve. She'd forgive him, he'd forgive her, they'd live in peace. In separate homes, with separate families, with separate burdens to carry.

"We need to find Benjamin and fill him in on this, have him join us" I told Kate.

"Your forgetting he's a Descendent too, he'd be concerned for his own safety" she said.

"Yes, but the wolfs don't know he's a descendent. They'd just think he's a new vampire in Fang Club" I said, "The only problem is: we don't know where he lives".

"Speak for yourself, me and him have grown rather fond of each other since he came, I know where he lives" she said.

That surprised me. Kate fond of a vampire? Was she in love with Benjamin? Was that even possible? Could my sister really care for anyone other than herself? The irony of this world....
