Count Duckula POV
"Now where was I? Ah yes here we go!"

The following three months was troubling my servant and I needed her to learn the idea of a vampire. However my feelings were growing intense, as I feel this way only for blood. What could this mean?

Count Duckulas Ancestors POV
I finished eating my leftover blood and noticed my servant was staring at the window, looking lost in her trance. "Igor, we must do something to her for she cannot escape." Igor nodded and lead her to me. "(Y/N)! My dear servant, I want to show you my ways of being a vampire. Tell me, my dear, what has your papa told you about my kind?" She sat beside me and looked into my eyes. "My papa told me you were up to no good! My papa said you drink blood from everyone and you can't be in sunlight or be defeated by a wooden stake." I frowned at this as she is just learning how to defeat me and follow in her fathers footsteps.

"My dear, do you really want to defeat a kind such as myself without knowing what I am capable of?" She shook her head and reached out to grabbed her wooden stake. "My papa is not a liar! He told me you were no good and will kill anybody!" I chuckled at her enthusiasm. "Then do it!" "Master!", Igor said in concern. "Now Igor, let us see if she has the guts to kill me! Now do it! I'll give you a free shot!" I stood up and she aimed the stake at me before she lowered down her weapon. "I can't do it! My papa may be right about vampires, but I can't follow in his footsteps. I just can't," she dropped down crying.

I tossed the stake away and went to her. "You want to really know what a vampire can do?" She nodded at me as I wiped away her tears. "I can teleport". I teleported back to the table and back to her, causing her to gasp in delight. "I can walk on the walls". I strolled up a wall before hanging from a chandelier in front of her, making her giggle.

Your Ancestors POV
I watched in amazement as he hung from the chandelier and teleported from the table to where I was standing. My heart was beating, but I'm not sure why. "Most importantly, I suck blood of course from my sharp teeth," the count said as he showed me his two fangs. I looked at then with curiosity as I ran my finger on his right fang. "You have pretty fangs," I said as I ran my hand up his cheek. "Your eyes are mesmerising." My heart was beating rapidly against my chest.

"I know," the count grabbed me by the waist. "My advanced hearing allows me to hear everything, even your beating heart and your blood rushing through your veins." His fangs inched closer to my neck, inhaling my scent as he rubbed his head against my neck. "Master," I let out a moan, "I want you to bite my neck." His eyes looked at me with hunger. "As you wish." He licked my neck with his long tongue before sinking his fangs into my skin. I let out a whimper as he bit down to create two holes. "Hold on to me," I heard him command into my ear as I did as I was told. He used his teleportation powers to send us to a private room in his castle.

Count Duckulas Ancestors POV
We went to a private quarters in my castle free from intruders or my caretakers. "My dear, a little vulture told me you never experienced love and was learning about it," I started to lick her wound as it was gushing out blood. The iron tasting was so pleasing to my taste buds. (Y/N) looked at me with embarrassment. "My papa told me it was an amazing feeling and the symptoms were beating heart, sweaty palms, lust, and rosy cheeks." I held onto her waist as she was getting a bit light headed from the blood loss.

"Tell me, how long have you been experiencing this feeling?" She let out another whimper as I sucked on her neck with the wound closing into clot. "For about four weeks." My ears cannot believe what she said. "You aren't alone. I never experienced love and only know so little. No woman wants a vampire to be her lover." She stared at me with her eyes glistening. "I love you". I leaned in to kiss her and our lips joined together into a perfect harmony. I let her touch me on my shoulders and I brought her closer to my body. We seperated so we can catch my breath. "I'm not dead?", she asked.

"No of course not. I have two ways to feast on blood. One way is to kill and the other, though I use it very rarely, is to keep my prey alive. The only side effect is that you will become a vampire my dear."

Your Ancestors POV
I was going to become a vampire! I have been here for four months and I didn't want to go back to my old life. My papa hasn't been looking for me only to get credit for 'killing' a vampire. "Count, my darling, I feel uneasy." "Come now my dear, let us depart to our coffins. I have a spare one for you to rest in." We went to our coffins to rest for the morning.

1 year later
I woke up with Igor opening my coffin. "Good evening, Igor," I said as he put the coffin lid down. "Good evening, madame, I hope you rested well." He opened my darling counts coffin and he sprung up. "Good evening, Igor, and my dear." I smiled at him with my fangs peeking out. We went down to the village to capture a midnight snack of our own. "Darling," Count said to me after our snack. "Yes, my love," I said as he lead me to a graveyard. "This past year has been great. I have been wanting to ask you this for a long, long time." He got down on one knee and my eyes watered. "Will you do me the honors of becoming my bride?" He opened a box that contained a black stone ring. "Yes! Yes my dearly beloved." We then kissed under the moonlight.

Back to Present Day
Count Duckulas POV

And so my love and I became one with another the following Halloween night and she was expecting one of our own kind.

Igor was crying tears of joy and Nanny was happy about the ending. "Oh my great grandfather was smitten was love? Well that was unexpected and great I suppose. Well goodnight, Nanny and Igor." They told me goodnight and I noticed (Y/N) was writing in her diary before putting it back under the bed. "So what did you think about your ancestor being half vampire?" She blushed at the question and gave me a hug. "I'm not sure, but I was wondering about something that I'll ask tomorrow. Good night Count Duckula." She rolled into bed and fell asleep. I set the diary aside and got into bed. My question was were all my ancestors into love rather than being hungry blood suckers? I kept asking myself this as I drifted off to sleep.
