After I finished dinner I called the boys down to eat. They both rushed down and sat at the table patiently until I put their bowls in front of them. I could tell by the silence they were enjoying their meal.
After dinner I sent the boys upstairs to get their pyjamas on and brush there teeth before we watched an episode of 'Henry and His Bucket
Full of Dinosaurs' since Myles didn't watch it earlier. When the episode was done we watched an episode of Pokémon so Micah wouldn't have a fit before bed.
"Okay boys. It's 9:00. Time for bed." I said turning off the tv. The two of them stomped up obviously not wanted to go. "I'll be up in a minute to tuck you in Myles. Goodnight Micah. I love you."
"Night Katie, love you too." He responded and closed his door.
I walked up the stairs and saw Myles with his stuffed dinosaur sitting patiently on his bed. "Okay buddy you all ready to sleep?" I asked helping him get under the covers. "Mhm." He nodded and wrapped his arms around me. "Goodnight Katie, I love you so much! Thank you for the Mac and cheese it was really good."
"Awe you're welcome Myles. I love you too. Sleep well and I'll write mom a note to come give you a kiss when she gets home."
"Okay. Goodnight."
"Goodnight." I replied and gently shut his door.
I headed to my room and quietly turned on some music. Not too loud but enough so I could hear it. 11:00 came and it was time for bed. I grabbed my shorts and oversized tee shirt and hoped into bed. Before I put my phone down I decided to text Coco and tell her that I was going out with "Mr Styles" tomorrow night.
K: hey guess what 😏
C: WHAT
K: I'm going out with "Mr. Styles" tomorrow night. Bless that I booked it off 🙏🏻😂
C: are you serious??! Omg 😱 you have to tell me EVERYTHING when you get home tomorrow!
K: ofc I will lol you're my best friend not just my boss 😂♥️ and yknow I like to spill the tea ☕️
C: haha true 🤣 I can't wait to hear all about it! Oh and make sure you use protection. Too early to make business man babies 😉😂

I put my phone down and played a slow relaxing song so I could try to fall asleep. I just hope the boys don't wake up before mom comes home..
