summary: y/n is at a bar with Duff and the rest of Guns N' Roses and Duff gets super drunk and throws a glass at y/n when she tries to get him to stop.

It was a late Saturday night at Canter's and Duff was drunk off his ass just like every weekend. y/n was tired and didn't want to drink or be there anymore so she went to find Duff who was at the bar area doing shots of vodka with Slash and Steven while Axl and Izzy were god knows where doing god knows what. Once she just got to them Duff had a bottle of beer in one hand and a bottle of beer in the other getting even more drunk by the minute. she sighed and grabbed the bottle out of his hand and put it on the bar "What the fuck y/n!" Duff slurred as he turned to face her "baby I think you've had enough how about we go home." she tried to persuade her boyfriend. Duff stood up and looked at y/n "don't FUCKING tell me what to do y/n!" he shouts at his girlfriend she stepped back a few steps he then grabbed the now empty bottle and threw it towards her but Slash pulled her out of the way just in time. "what the fuck dude you've had too fucking much to drink!" Slash exclaimed as y/n and Steven just stood there in fear and shock from what just happened. "Duff please let's go home, you're scaring me." y/n pleads "what ever I'm fucking done with this!" he grumbles walking out of the bar and restaurant and to their car. y/n gets in and drives back to their house. after 20 minutes of driving and arguing they finally got home. Duff stormed in the house and up to his and y/n's bedroom, y/n walked straight to the kitchen and got him a glass of water and some painkiller for the morning. when y/n walked to the bedroom and sat the water and painkillers on Duff's bedside table she suddenly heard her drunk boyfriend throwing up in the bathroom and walked in to hold his bleach blond hair out the way. Duff finally got up, cleaned his face and brushed his teeth then turned around with watery bloodshot eyes and looked at y/n with sad puppy dog eyes full of sorrow " I fucked up baby I'm so sorry I put you through this shit." he cried in to her shoulder. Y/n just ran her hand through his hair and hugged him as he sobbed "I want to go to rehab and get better, I never want to hurt you." he whispered looking up at her, she lifts her head and looks him in the eyes shocked again "how about we lay down and talk about this in the morning when you're feeling better." y/n suggests as she leads him to the bed they lay down and curl up together y/n whispering sweet nothings in duffs ear with his arms wrapped around her waist as they both finally fall asleep.
