A prayer for jordan

Although death comes to us all
I feel it fair to say,
Why do you take children
I'm a very painful way.

They say you take the good ones first
Which only causes pain,
inflicting them with illness
Like tumours on the brain.

Everyone is born to die
At some distressing stage,
Maybe in there 90's
Or at an early age.

Children are so innocent
They seem to have no fear,
Which why my lord in heaven
Should treat them all so dear.

My son he has a tumour
In the middle of he's head,
With so much fluid on he's brain
And drips down by he's bed.

I can't believe how brave he is
This harmless little mite,
But has he got it in him
To continue this hard fight.

If only it was me Lord
Going through this hell,
Jordan would be home right now
Feeling fit and well.

If ever in the past my lord
My love I failed to show,
I'd make damn sure in future
My love will truly grow.

Sitting at he's bedside
Watching as he sleeps,
Often makes me wonder
Is he mine for keeps.

Why should he be punished
When my life is here to take,
Have me instead and spare him
Rid him of this ache.

The love I have for Jordan
Is not what you can buy,
And Jordan's not for sale my lord
So please don't let him die.

AMEN....

Jordan took I'll when he was 8 years old and is now 23 year old, he beat cancer so if he can you can also beat cancer!!!!
