Tree Climbing - CK

"Dare." I state confidently

Alice grins from her chair, "I dare you to go and climb that tree."

"You're on!" We were playing truth or dare at a party with Luna and Kyleigh. I sneak a glance at Kyleigh to see her smiling (beautifully) before getting up to climb the tree Alice mentioned.

As I'm climbing, I hear Luna giggle and dare Kyleigh to follow me. Once I am perched on the highest branch I could get to, I see Kyleigh climbing. I offer her a hand as I hear Alice and Luna scurry away.

As Kyleigh positions herself next to me I look over and laugh. "It seems they left us to ourselves," I grinned.

She smiled, "What shall we do then."

"Well," I respond, thinking up a plan, "I never got to ask my turn. But why don't we mix the game up a little. I ask a truth, you answer. I ask a dare, you do it. Then you do the same for me."

"Ok," she smirks.

"Here is your truth, if I dared you to kiss me, how would you respond?"

She blushed, "I would kiss you."

"Ok then," my plan was working, "I dare you to kiss me."

And she did. I was honestly expecting her to regect me immediately, I never thought she felt the same about me as I did for her.

Once I pulled away, she smiled sweetly. "My turn," she exclaimed, "Why'd you stop?"

I answered that question by leaning in once more.
