Shizuo and Izaya were sitting on a bench in the park. Shizuo seemed to be thinking. Izaya could feel Shizuo's hand on his squeeze.

"Is everything alright Shizu-chan?" He asked curiously.

"I'm irritated," Shizuo said glaring and looking a little ashamed.

"Why?" Izaya said thinking about any possible things he could have done to cause his boyfriend to be annoyed.

"I don't want to talk about it. It's not important."

"Of course it's important!" Izaya said closing the distance between them. He leaned against his chest making the fake blond red. Then said innocently, "Now, tell me."

"W...well, why did you break up with Shinra and start dating me?" He asked.

"That's all?" Izaya said looking up.

"I fell for you Shizuo first. I've loved you for so long but I thought you could never love me back." Shizuo lightly squeezed Izaya's hand again.

"When you told me how you felt I didn't know what to do. I thought about if I even loved Shinra. Even thinking that I knew I didn't and told him everything. He understood and told me it was okay because he saw how much I would look, think and talk about you."

Shizuo was speechless. Thinking back to when Izaya said he loved him back was one of the happiest days of his life.

"I love you Shizu~chan! Now kiss me!"

"I love you too," he said before kissing Izaya.
