Lisa's pov:
~ flashback ~

"I'm in love with you." My words to Rosé were ones I never believed I'd be able to say to anyone. She came into my life in such a way that rattled me to my core and made me reevaluate what it means to love.

I knew the day I told her my feelings would be it, that'd be the day that determines what all our future will hold. I walked into a jewler's shop with confidence, in fact, I walked into several until I finally found the perfect ring for Rosé. The way the diamond was simple, yet elegant, how it shined bright enough to catch the eye of anyone in the entire room, but humble enough to contain a subtle blush. This was it. This was Rosé.

"Can I talk to you?" I whispered to my girlfriend.

She nodded and laced her fingers in between mine as we excused ourselves from the dining table and made our way into a private room. Jisoo and Jennie already knew what was happening, I had to get Jennie's approval before I was going to give this ring to Rosé, and Jisoo...well, how could I keep this from my best friend?

"Is everything ok, Lisa?"

I couldn't help but smile. "You always worry when nothing is wrong. I'm more than ok, Rosie. I have you, I couldn't be anything less than perfect...and I don't want you to be anything less than my wife. I know most people have this really long and cheesy speech when they propose, but you know I'm not like most people."

"Lisa.." Her eyes filled with tears. "I love you. I would be so honored to be your wife."

"Well it's about damn time." Jisoo spoke from the other side of the door. I assume this was a failed attempt at whispering.

"You're being too loud, they're going to hear us." Jennie insisted.

"We can hear you." I laughed, holding Rosé in my arms.
