Jennie's pov:
Rosé, Jisoo, Lisa, and I were having dinner at my apartment tonight. It's been a while since we've all seen each other, so of course Lisa and Jisoo had to step away from everything.
"What could those two possibly be doing?" I asked Rosé.
"Honestly, with them, we'll likely never know." We laughed in unison, and I hoped she couldn't tell that I did know. "I've missed you, Jen."
"I've missed you too, Chaeyoung. Everything has just been so crazy-"
"Stop, there's no need to explain yourself." She interjected. "I'm just glad we could all see each other again. It's been what..a month?"
"Yeah, somewhere around there." I tilted my head down. I hated how adulthood has separated us, but if there's one thing I know for sure, it's that the four of us will always find our way back to each other.
"Hey." Lisa slipped into the seat next to Rosé. "I'm sorry, we just had some business to take care of."
Jisoo made her way to the seat next to me and gave me a smile and soft kiss on the cheek. Our relationship has been so perfect lately, it felt as if nothing could tear us apart. We only got married 2 months ago, but it felt like we'd been together for a lifetime.
