•third person pov narrative

it was finally friday and the gang was on the way to orlando.
georgia only lived an hour away so she left a little late. her mom and sister were in the car and they were 10 minutes away. georgia put her airpods in and called the group on facetime. one by one they all picked up.

"guys noen and i are already here." syd said as noen came into the frame from syd's phone and waved.

"i'm literally like 7 minutes away. are you outside the hotel?" georgia asked.

"yeah we should all just meet up here." syd answered.

"i'm pretty close too." veondre said.

"i'm gonna be a little late." ace spoke up.

"of course you are." roshaun said and everyone laughed. "oh yeah, mattia and i are riding together." mattia waved as roshaun faced the camera to him.

"y'all this is so iconic." donae said.

"it really is." tatyanah replied.

"ok i'm parking right now i'll see you all soon." georgia said and everyone said bye as she left the call.

georgia's pov:
my mom parked and i practically jumped out of the car.
"gia, calm down." my sister, yasmin, laughed.

"we all know you're probably just as excited to meet veondre." i replied and she smiled.

"you two go ahead." my mom said.

"ok mom, love you." we hugged her and speed walked to the hotel. i couldn't stop myself from smiling the whole time.

"gia!" i heard syd yell my name. i looked up and saw him running to me. i laugh and ran to him. we reached eachother and ran into a big hug.

"oh my gosh, syd, you're not a hallucination!" i said as we parted and he laughed.

"aw yasmin's here, hi." he smiled and hugged her. i then saw noen and gasped.

"neon! it's you!" i said as we hugged.

"hello to you too peach." he said.

we all waited for everyone to get there infront of the hotel. mattia and roshaun arrived then i saw guage. i remembered the plan we made in the gc to make ace jealous by being close with guage. i honestly thought it was dumb but i wouldn't hurt to try. i was still excited to see him so walked to him smiling.

"gia, hi!" he said and i hugged him.

"hard to believe you're actually real." i said and he laughed.

"i could say the same about you." he said. i smiled and pulled him forward making him follow me.

"we're all over here." as the group saw him, they stopped and ran to us. you could tell that we all had the same excited energy. i couldn't help but notice rossa and yasmin talking. she was smiling a little too much. i walked over to them.

"hey, roshaun. don't get too comfortable, she's 15." i smiled. yasmin punched me and i laughed.

"gia, you weren't invited to this conversation." he replied smiling. i rolled my eyes playfully.

"how rude." i laughed.

"georgia!!!" i turned and saw maya with don, taty, and ve.

"oh my gosh!!" i ran to them and we all fell into a group hug around me. we laughed as we got up.
"hi guys." i hugged each of them. "veondre you're so fucking tall." i laughed and she rolled her eyes.

"you're so fucking short." we all laughed.

"ve!" my sister hugged her. i saw veondre spot mattia and smiled to myself. they hugged and talked about heaven knows what but you could see how happy they were.

we spent the time talking and laughing and posting dumb stuff on our snapchat and instagram stories.

"ace just texted me, he just got out of his car." gauge said.

"he is so slow." don said and we laughed.

"guess whoooo." i heard someone yell. i turned and saw ace walking towards us.

"ace!!" i said and ran to him. he put his stuff down as i approached him. i guess my adrenaline kicked in because i jumped right on him and he caught me. we hugged eachother for a while and my legs got tired so i got down. we laughed as we parted.

"you almost knocked me over." he said. i shrugged.

"i warned you." he picked up his stuff and we walked together back to the group. everyone was officially here and i couldn't have been more happy.

well it's the first day of playlist so this is fitting. i'm actually so mad rn i was supposed to go to playlist but i'm grounded and orlando is literally 1 hour away so the ppl i love aRE 1 HOUR AWAY FROM ME RIGHT NOW i want to scream
