"I CAN'T BELIEVE you disposed of those vampires without me," Rebekah points out with a pout as she turns from the window to Raven and Klaus. "You know how much I love to set things on fire!"

Among other things, like driving cars off bridges, Raven thinks as she raises an eyebrow. Her mind traces back to last night, when she and Klaus burned the bodies of the vampires who had attacked Hayley under the cloak of the night to conceal the pile of smoke. Raven had suggested burning them somewhere further away from the Mansion, but Klaus had promptly ignored her and burned the bodies right at their front door. Personally, she found that for someone who had been highlighting the necessity to keep their residence at the Mansion hidden, he was pretty reckless with it himself.

Klaus shrugs with a smirk displayed on his lips. "Was I supposed to leave them in the front yard to rot?" He replies. "Besides, they were my responsibility. They attacked the helpless pregnant girl who's carrying my child."

Raven gives him a look at the change of self-presentation. Just yesterday that whole idea sounded very different. Rebekah rolls her eyes, the same thoughts occurring to her. "Oh, I am so moved by your new-found sense of fatherly duties towards the werewolf carrying your hybrid bun in her oven."

Hayley walks into the room. "The werewolf would like to know what the plan is." She announces, clutching a book in her arms. Klaus turns to her. "Well, that depends what plan you mean, love. My plan for global domination, or Rebekah's plan to find love in a cruel, cruel world." He smiles as Rebekah takes a pencil from the desk next to her and throws it towards Klaus' face in response. With ease, Klaus catches it from the air.

A frown embeds itself on Hayley's face. "The plan to rescue Elijah." She clarifies with an irritated look on her face. "You know, the good brother? The one who is now in the possession of your mortal enemy after you stabbed him in the back?"

Klaus doesn't seem particularly phased by the accusations. "In the front, if we're being specific." He just grins as he walks to a seat and lets himself fall into it, Hayley following him, growing impatient at his dismissal. "You two said that you would get him back. So is there a plan, or what?" She reminds them.

As her nagging voice sounds to Raven's ear, the Salvatore wonders why exactly she keeps putting up with this whole family. The whole situation in the Mansion is starting to irritate her, and she is starting to grow very tired of Hayley very fast this morning.

                    Especially Hayley, that backstabbing wolf...

"Okay." Klaus gives in, but Raven has a feeling that he doesn't care if Hayley knows about their plan or not. She doubts he trusts anyone with the thing anyways. "Well, firstly, Marcel is not my mortal enemy, he's my friend." He corrects her, before adding, "Albeit one who is unaware that I'm trying to sabotage his hold over the supernatural community of the French Quarter, but a friend nonetheless. And secondly, I daggered Elijah in order to gain Marcel's trust. If I had known he would place my brother in the hands of a particularly nasty teenage witch, I certainly would have weighed my options a bit differently."
