The next day Jeongyeon went to the sycamore tree and found Mina there. She smiled and approached her.

"Hey." Jeongyeon said waving at her and she waved back. "Are you ready?" Asked Jeongyeon and Mina nodded.

They rode on the motorcycle and Mina sat behind Jeongyeon. "If you're scared you can hold on to me." Jeongyeon said.

Mina hugged her tightly and closed her eyes feeling the cold breeze hitting her face and the warmth of Jeongyeon.

After that they arrived at a small restaurant. Jeongyeon used to come here so often because of the delicious food.

They entered and sat on a small table. They ordered and waited. "Do you like it here?" Jeongyeon asked breaking the silence.

Mina nodded looking around. Jeongyeon looked at her and found that she was smiling a little bit. She thought to herself about it and smiled wildly.

The food arrived and they ate it. After she ate the first bite and swallowed it and smiled widly showing her gummy smile and said. "Delicious."

Jeongyeon showed her biggest smile ever. She was amazed by her smile. She was cute. They didn't talk much.

Jeongyeon ate her food while resting her arm on the table leaning her head on her palm and watching Mina eat her food happily.

🐦🍁🐦🍁🐦🍁🐦 {time skip}.

The sun was setting and they were walking in the usual park.

"Can I hold your hand?" Jeongyeon suddenly asked.

"What if you regret holding it?" Mina said. "Why will I regret holding your hand?" Jeongyeon asked looking at her.

Mina just shrugged her shoulders and Jeongyeon held her hand. It's cold like the first time.

But this didn't stop Jeongyeon from holding it. They walked to the Sycamore tree and sat under it watching the sunset.

Jeongyeon was still holding Mina's hand and she intertwined them. Mina didn't mind while still watching the sunset.

"It's beautiful." Mina said half whispering. Jeongyeon hummed while nodding slowly.

After the sunset they stood up and looked at each other. "I'll go home now. Goodbye." Mina said waving.

"Don't you want me to drive you there?" Jeongyeon asked and Mina shook her head and said "No need." And she left and Jeongyeon did the same.

The next day Jeongyeon was the first to come. She waited for Mina to come.

She comes and was shocked by the presence before her. "You're early." Mina said and leaned her back at the tree beside Jeongyeon.

"Yeah." Was all Jeongyeon said before closing her eyes and lowered her head. "You don't seem like usual." Mina said.

"What do you mean?" Jeongyeon asked looking at her. "You always smile when we're together." Mina said looking up.

Jeongyeon looked up too. "Because I feel that there's something missing. But I don't know what it is." She said then looked down again.

Mina hummed still looking up. Jeongyeon looked at her and intertwined her fingers with Mina.

The Sycamore girl didn't look at her but she held it tightly and that made Jeongyeon smile and look back at the sunset.

They stayed a while like that. Jeongyeon's legs are getting tired. So she let go of Mina's hand and sat down still leaning her back at the tree.

Mina did the same. And when seated she took Jeongyeon's hand again and intertwined their fingers together.

Suddenly Mina leaned her head on Jeongyeon's shoulder. Jeongyeon was surprised but leaned her head on hers.

This was the first time she could smell Mina. She smell like vanilla and strawberries.

This was the happiest moment Jeongyeon ever felt. She looked at their intertwined hands.

"Mina?"

"Hmm."

"Is it just a coincidence that I met you?"

"There are no coincidences. This is our fate I guess."

"So our fate is to meet each other and become closer?"

"Why are you asking those things. None of us know what will happen next. Even if someone can tell you your future you shouldn't know it or else everything will change."

Jeongyeon thought about it. She was right. She didn't have to think about the far future, she had to focus on the present. None in the world knows what will happen tomorrow.

They stayed in this position till the sun set. They said their goodbyes and left.

I wonder what will happen tomorrow. Jeongyeon thought before falling asleep.
