The next day Jeongyeon found Mina this time sitting under the tree and resting her chin on her knee.
She sat beside her leaning her back at the tree but Mina didn't say a word. She was just looking down.
"Mina are you okay?" Jeongyeon asked resting her hand on the others shoulder.
Mina sighed and leaned her back at the tree. "I'm going to Japan." She said in a sad tone.
"Why are you sad? You will go home and see your family" Jeongyeon said showing a fake smile. She doesn't want Mina to leave.
Mina frowned. "Maybe I'm not coming back." Jeongyeon hugged her when she noticed that she was about to cry.
They hugged each other tightly. "I will miss you." Jeongyeon whispered. "I'll miss you too." Mina whispered back.
"At least we can still text or call each other. right?" Jeongyeon said breaking the hug and looked at Mina and she nodded.
She wrapped her arm around the Sycamore girl's shoulders and they leaned their back at the tree.
They spent their last day together till the sun set. This time Jeongyeon forced Mina to let her take her home.
They were on Jeongyeon's motorcycle and Mina was hugging her tightly while the latter is driving.
----
They arrived infront of Mina's apartment standing infront of the the door and waiting for one of them to speak. "I think this is the last time I will see you." Jeongyeon said in a sad tone.
"I think yeah." Mina said and Jeongyeon frowned and said. "Goodbye then." She waved and was about to leave.
But Mina held her wrist and turned her around facing her. They looked at each other before hugging.
They hugged as tight as they could. They broke the hug and took a last glance at each other before Jeongyeon left.
And this was the last time they saw each other.

The next day Jeongyeon went to the Sycamore tree and found no one there. She sat under the tree and hugged her knees. She really missed the presence of Mina.
She wiped a tear that rolled down on her cheek. She would always come here. Even if she would feel hurt she will still come here.
In the following days, when she goes home she would text Mina and sometimes she would call her, ask her about her friends and how is she doing.
And that made her feel that long distance wouldn't change a thing. They still talked to each other at least.
This is not bad, is it? Jeongyeon always thought about it when she went to the Sycamore tree.
She can't stop thinking about Mina. There's something special in her.
But she can't explain it. It's so hard. She sees her as a friend right? She can't say what Mina is for her.
When someone would ask her about her she doesn't know what to say. It's confusing her.
So she decided to not think about it. She thinks that maybe one day she will see her again.
'I will see her again. I'm sure.' Jeongyeon thought.
