It was a normal Sunday, the sun was excruciatingly bright, but not as bright as a four year old boy, this boy's name is Izuku Midoriya a young cheerful boy whose day is going to take a turn into the right direction, the direction for him to become the next No.1 HERO.

Izuku p.o.v

"Mommy mommy" Izuku said rapidly towards his mother in a sweet tone.
"Oh what is it dear are you sick?!? Do you need me to call an ambulance?!?!????!!?!" Inko said worried about her son as he was everything to her and always will be.
"No mommy, I am just excited to go to the doctors!" Izuku said with the brightest smile that would make your very own heart melt.
"That's a first I've ever heard that from a boy your age, especially since we're going on a Sunday, well quirk or no quirk you'll always be my little baby, even when you out grow me." Inko said with a very subtle tear.
"Oh mommy don't go all seeeeeen-tiiiiii-mennnn-tillll on me yet, and why wouldn't I want to go this is to find out what quirk I'm getting!" Izuku exclaimed happily.
"Oh don't worry, I know whatever quirk you receive you will just adore it... maybe a little too much" Inko said the last bit quietly.
"Oh where here Izuku" Inko exclaimed
 
Izuku and Inko has just pulled up into the parking lot outside of the doctors, as they have a appointment to figure out what quirk Izuku will be getting if he gets one at all that is.

As Inko and Izuku take a seat in the waiting lounge a nurse calls them up to the front to have Inko sign some paperwork.
"Ma'am is it alright if I take your son to the x-ray room to take a quick x-ray, oh and we also need to take some blood to figure out what kind of quirk your son will receive." A nurse asked politely.
"Of course, Izuku I want you to go with the nice  lady here, she's gonna see what quirk your going to receive." Inko said while kneeling down to look into Izuku's green eyes.
"Ok mommy, I will see you soon bye bye." Izuku said while pouting.

After ten minutes Izuku was back with Inko and then Izuku was called into the doctors office, which was rare as the nurses would normally always tell you what kind of quirk you would get upfront, unless there was an issue with something.

Inko and little Izuku entered the doctors office surprised to see the doctor smiling in his chair with a pencil and notebook.
"Ahhh miss Midoriya please take a seat, we have something very important to discuss." The doctor says calmly.
"Oh of course." Inko says as she takes a seat.
"Well I'll just get right to the point, the only times I ever call people in here is in two occasions number one there child is diagnosed quirkless which is very sad to begin with but number two is if it is a very rare quirk, young Izuku here does have a very rare quirk." The doctor says while he's examining the documents in front of him.
"Do excuse my rudeness here but what kind of quirk does Izuku have? Thats so important as I only have low level telekinesis and his father only had eagle eyes, so what can be so important to call us into your office?" Inko asked anxiously.
"Well there have been many cases when a offspring has somehow gotten a different quirk from its parents for which we do not know of yet as quirks are still relatively new, but I'll cut to the chase young Izuku here has a super intelligence quirk, that doesn't even need him to learn anything at all, even at his age he will be able to do university level work which is never heard of before besides from one girl but she's a different story." The doctor told Inko

"Mommy does that mean I can become a hero." Izuku said with a face with mixed emotions at first.
"Oh Izuku you already know you can become a hero with a quirk as good as yours." Inko says while kissing him on the head multiple times.

"YAAAAAAY" Izuku said as happily as he could, his smile shined so bright that the doctor had to even put sunglasses on INSIDE.

"Hehe I love to see a kids dream form, but listen Izuku with your quirk it's going to be a very hard journey so are you willing to take the blows and stand right back up." The doctor asked semi-seriously.
"OF COURSE ITS MY DREAM AND EVERYONE KNOWS IF YOU WANT SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO GO AND GET IT YOUR SELF." Izuku replied still smiling.

"RIGHT BUT ITS ALWAYS OK TO ASK FOR HELP ON THE WAY." The doctor shouts as he gets out of his chair as he basically was a older Izuku.

"As much as I like both of you bonding, Izuku still needs to know more about his quirk." Inko said steadily.

"Oh right" the doctor says as he coughs and sits back into his chair.
"Well there is only really two downfalls for his quirk, he gets a light migraine if he overuses it too much and his brain will expand rapidly but we have a type of LEGAL drug that can slow that down, but the expanding only goes on until he reaches the age of 10 or 11 but if it is still expanding by his 13th birthday then we will have to put him on the drugs, but he should only take one a week to slow down the process of his brain expanding." The doctor says professionally.
"Ok thank you very much sir." Inko says as she stands up to shake the doctors hand.
"No problem, oh and come by tomorrow to pick up Izuku's medicine for his quirk, oh I forgot to say his quirk should manifest in the next week or so, have a good day."the doctor says super fast as he closes the door behind the Midoriyas.

"Well Izuku since this is a special occasion how about we go out and eat?" Inko asked knowing what the answer was going to be.

"YAA" Izuku replied instantly to his Mother.
