Languages are so fun to create. Seriously. I love making them my own and I love making words and roots and meaning intentional. So...I thought, why not share a chart or two from my language Doc?
Here's some Pingaeran:

(side note: Gwyn, this could imply if "Marcella" were of Pingaeran origin, it would roughly mean "man's crown")
(another side note: YES I KNOW THE LINE ISN'T THERE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE CHART BUT I DID MY BEST AND IT DIDN'T WORK OUT)
Now, of course Pingaeran is a lost language where only sounds and roots remain. It's impossible to speak, being one of two languages Rowan isn't fluent in. Also, the original pronunciations and roots have changed over the course of history as it became used less and less used. You can tell how loosely the translations are, allowing for a lot of estimation and room for deducing meaning rather than denotating meaning. So I guess you could say this isn't even Pingaeran at all...in a way. Not even a New Pingaeran. Just remnants (which I live for btw).
I'll probably add more charts with actual, usable languages later (the Runic language is actually my favorite, which is the first line in this chapter; the second is written in Aljhinian—any ideas to the translations).
Fun fact about the word "Henex" to finish this off: "Henex" can mean "seer" or "prince", and it's used by Xolira as another word for "Piper". However, the literal translation comes from the word "hene", which is "haven" or "dawn". Thus, "Henex" is literally translated as "dawn-bringer". Huh. Wonder why Xolira chose that name for him. T_T
