she was fine with everything
the way other rulers would

she knew that it meant nothing
but it did
the words and laughs
c h a n g e d
her in ways
even with everything going on
she coped with it
she fought through
at least she thought she did
but worse has yet to come
and she needed to be
p r e p a r e d
— but even the darkest stories have a bright side to it
