Dear you,

I'm not gonna say why I'm writing this one it's pretty obvious by now.

my step dad is shouting at my older brother (he's 19 and I'm 17). I hate it, they are to busy fighting that I'm just left alone again. Mum moody as fuck and my younger brother and sister are asleep.

I need someone, anyone please?

my older brother smokes as well and not just tobacco. If mum ever found it god she'd never him over again, he lives at the uni he's at on campus or whatever they call it.

I won't say anything not that anyone would listen.

Bringing the W word out again 'worthless' i feel that fits me best.

How many tears can fall before you run out or can crying go on forever?

Someone at highschool today called me an 'ugly shitface whore' lovely.

My brother got angry when he asked for money today and I said no so he wacked me in the head. I can still feel it throbbing but that's just what happened it's the past now.

I don't want this but its better than others lives so i shouldn't complain.

till next time -Amelia

-

it makes me annoyed how this girl won't give into feeling sorry for herself because she's too modest.

it makes me mad how her brother hit her that's out of line and I feel angry which is weird as I don't even know her.

"Clifford what's the answer to this" I'm snapped out of my thought by my biolgy teacher "uhhh" i stall.

"detention next time pay attention" he says and I groan annoyingly.

Ashton looks over to me smirking and laughing at me.

"Irwin detention too" and now it's my turn to smirk at Ashton.

finally the bell rings and we're let out as I walk towards my locker with Ashton I overhead a girl say "Amelia still isn't back?" in a questioning tone to her friend.

I stop in my track and Ashton looks at me oddly "Michael what?" he asks but I'm already beside the two girls Ashton behind me confused.

"Excuse are you talking about Amelia Islington?" I ask and the two girls look at me almost surprised that I know her name.

"Yes but what's that do with you?" The girl who spoke before says.

"Um I'm a friend of hers and I wondered where she'd been?" I lie except I am interested in her whereabouts.

"Friend? You can't have been close if you don't know so I'm afraid I can't help you" She says and before I can ask more they're both walking off down the corridor.

Ashton puts a hand on my shoulder "come one let's go find the others." I nod and follow him to the canteen but all I can think of is the mystery that is Amelia.
