At His House

AFTER SCHOOL

I tried to sneak out after school through the mass of people leaving to get on the bus or to their cars. He was there at  the door I guess he really wants to talk to me its not like I wrote that not I told him that. Well shit. I think I have to confess this will be a long night. He spots me and pulls me to his car with a grip a little to tight to where it hurt.

"Owww stop it to tight it hurts " At this point I am in tears (very manly tears) "STOP it really hurts"

"Oh my god sorry I didn't mean to hurt you but we HAVE TO talk like now or when we get o my house really." He said as he loosened his grip on my wrist.

We get in his car and go to his house. When we arrived no one was home like always absent parents and an only child. We walk in the house and go to the kitchen grab snacks and go to his room.

"I know you didn't write the note but do you like me cause sometimes it feels like it." He said not looking at me.

"Look at me and maybe I will answer" I state in a sassy way.

He looks at me glassy eyes and about to cry, "Now answer me."

"Yes" Was my simple answer as I tried to fill my mouth with potato chips

"How long?" He ask very monotone

"I don't know since you stopped kids for bulling me in the sand box or when you held my hand and kissed my check everyday in the mornings before class in 1st and 2nd grade since we had sleepovers every weekend in middle school when you drove me to school every morning cause i didn't have my licenses" I wanted to break down but he is not going to see me cry not now not after that.

Than he did the unexpected...

"GET THE FUCK OVER HERE" I didn't realized I had got up and went to his door with my face to it "YOU ARE NOT RUNNING AWAY RIGHT NOW "

"Sorry I didn't mean to and I am not just... I am scared"

"Of what I am your best friend"

"Of not having that title anymore" I could not take it anymore I started crying sat on his floor knees to my chest.

Than he hugged me after all of what I said he hugged me and whispered "shh it is alright" he lifts my chin with his fingers i got my crying to slow down looking into his eyes "I wanted to say it first tho but I guess this will have to do" than he kissed me. The guy I have been crushing since the sand box KISSED ME me of all people his fucked up orphan friend not even my parent loved me surly he doesn't. He won't...
