Asher drove me home. I ran to my room only to realize that clock had just striked 6:30 and I was still in my school clothes. I speed walked to the bathroom, but to my luck my stupid brother locked himself in and was jamming to some rave music. I ran to my dad's bathroom only to see Linda just going in. Why did this world hate me so much? Finally Asher came out still jamming to some Skrillex song, if only I had a normal older brother. I zoomed past him and nearly knocked him over. I curled my hair and put it into an attempt at an up-do. Then I applied my black eye liner, mascara, and some nude lipstick and I was good. I texted Shane the address and within five minutes he was there. He got out of his Nisan Altima, brushed his fingers through his hair, and smiled that lovely prince charming smile of his. "Hey Ho--" He cut himself off and just stared at me. Mouth open and all. I blushed. "Um, hey sorry for staring, It's just that you look so beautiful." He paused, blushing "Um, maybe we should go." He suggested. I smiled showing him that I was thankful for the compliment, but it kind of threw me off. Why was he being so nice? The ride there was silent. "We're here." He said once again showing me that beautiful smile. Then I realized he had taken me to Starbucks. It's like he just fell out of a storybook he was nice, handsome, and knew what a girl liked. Why hadn't I found him sooner?
