...The more I discover-

Freddie told himself while folding some shirts.

-My darling, things are already weird by themselves, now this guy is making them worse... He has been leaving in London for just a month, maybe already enough, and and he just made me wonder and wonder... What the hell it's going on!? -

Freddie was all alone at Kensington market since Roger had left earlier to get some fresh air... Folding clothes alone began boring to him; in those weeks he got used to Roger's energy, so, everytime he was by himself at the market he felt alone.
He had never felt that way before, but simply because he didn't care that much. He would have liked to make friends, but he was too focused on music... Because, yes, the only thing he cared about was music and maybe form a band. He told himself several times that he was supposed to do great things. He just didn't know how... Though, he did have some friends, but he barely saw them during weekends. Well, he wasnt alone anymore; now there was Roger with him... But that blond was clearly hiding something so important that Freddie couldn't help but thought about what it could be. He had a weird feeling about him, like he wasn't supposed to be there with him; something was just wrong. He did notice that things were getting stranger as days went by. He everytime discovered little more things about his "new" friend; Freddie tryed to convince himself Roger looked normal, but he had some kind of a 6th sense which told him something was not ok. He assumed he was wrong...

- Actually, It is me the crazy one darling! Who the hell would just answear to one stupid screaming in the middle of the street? Here is the answer...-

And again, that little memory that bounced in his mind... Freddie wasn't the one to judge; he had never, but, with Roger... He wasn't judging him; he was just trying to understand what was wrong with that guy... The way his new friend talked english; sometimes he kind of used weird words he had never heard before... He felt stupid for that. And than, his sense of fashion. Just this two things made him skeptical... That feeling was kind of new to him...

-I'm not the one to judge but...-

Even if he didn't want to, his mind kept wondering. Freddie slapped himself mentally while turning himself to lay down the last folded shirt. He let out a long breath.

- Well, if there was really something which is not ok, he'd tell me... Right?-

His river of thoughts was stopped when he noticed that Roger had forgotten his backpack. Freddie walked through the messy shop to reach it. He looked at it for a few seconds

-It's not a good thing... You can't just open it...-

But he could actually... Roger would have never known it if he had opened it.

-Well, just a little...-

He opened the rucksack slightly, then he opened it all. There were some snacks and a little book with a post-it on it. He took it

-"The Matian" I've never heard it before-

He read out loud the book title. He looked confused; he then, opened it and went to the last page

-When was it published?-

He asked himself

-2015?-

Was that possible? Well, we all know better that it is possible, but this was shocking to Freddie... He thought he was going slightly mad... He took a good look at the book, but then, he got surprised as he heard someone entering and shouting from the front door
