The ego

Kuhu Shaurya and Vishambhar went into the room.
Daadu: Kuhu bataie beta aap kya chahti hai
Shaurya: Kuhu beta tumhe kisi baat se darne ki zarurat nhi hai
Kuhu: Papa...mai nhi chahti ki ye rishta ho. Abhimaan accha ladka hai uski family bhi acchi hai pr daadu, Papa woh mere lie sahi nhi hai. Hum dono k khayalat bht alag hai #Nomatch
Daadu: hum samjhte hai beta hum abhi unhe manaa kr denge
Shaurya: Haan kuhu wo samjhenge.

They come out of the room and everyone takes the seat
Varsha: Shaurya kya baat hai Kuhu ne kya kaha
Shaurya: Mrs.Verma and Mr.Verma aap loag bht acche loag hai ...pr Kuhu abhi iss rishte k lie tayar nhi hai.
Vishambhar: Hume maaf kriega pr hamari taraf se naa hai
Mrs Verma: Waah ji waah...Ladki wale hokr itni akad sahi nhi hai. Aap loag ko mere bete jaisa ladka mil bhi nhi sakta.
Mr.Verma was trying to pacify his wife but all in vain.
Mrs.Verma: Hume toh lagta hai aapki beti me hi koi kami hai tabhi toh yun akele me baat krne k lie kaha.
Varsha: Mrs.Verma ye kya keh rhi hai aap
Shaurya: Dekhiye hum aapki izzat krte hain pr yun aap humari beti ko kuch bhi nhi bol sakti.
Mrs.Verma: Or nhi toh kya.....Job kya krne lagi hai par hi nikal aaye hai iske. Ghamand toh dekho ...mere bete ko thukraegi.
Abhimaan: Kuhu tum mjhe reject kr rhi ho? Are you serious ....tum jaisi ladki k lie rishte bhi nahi aate honge or..
Shaurya: Bas krie aap loag..Bht ho gya ..wo hamari beti hai or uska faisla hamare lie maine rakhta hai.
Mrs.Verma: Itni aazadi bhi sahi nhi hai varsha..Kahin kisi se koi chakkar wakkar toh nhi hai waise bhi aaya tha na aaj bouqet lekr wo ladka.Pata nhi bahar jakr kya gul khila rhi hai.
Kuhu started crying and runs to her room.
Mishti: Bas aunty bht ho gya..Aapke heere bete k sanskar toh dikh hi gye.
Bade papa: Mishti beta ye kya bol rhi hai aap..
Mishti: Bade papa Ye aaj kal ka ladka hokr kuhu se job chodne ki demand kr rha tha or to or uske look ko change krne ki. Wo ladka jo use uske roop me accept nhi kr sakta wo use kya deserve krega.
Jasmeet: Haww...Waah ji waah Aap toh bada bol rhi thi mera beta heera hai heera lekin Mrs.Verma ye toh koyla nikla.
Mrs.Verma: Esa kya galat keh dia mere bete ne.
Varsha: Kuch nhi...galti hamari hai jo humne aapse rishta krne ka socha bhi ...aap yahan se jaa sakti hai.
Abhimaan: Mom chalie yaaha se
Mishti: Haan  haan jao ...Humari kuhu tumhe deserve hi nhi krti.
Abhimaan: Mai tum dono behno ko dekhlunga

And he leaves...

At Rajvansh Sadan
Kunal went directly to his room and was very upset when Abir enters.
Abir: Nanko kya ho gya hai tujhe yaar jabse aaya hai dekh rha hun bht upset hai.
Kunal: Pata nhi bhai samjh nhi aa rha. Kuhu k rishte se mjhe itna hurt feel kyun ho rha hai.Esa lag rha ahi jaise kisi ne dil pr patthar rakh dia ho. Bhai aap hi batao na mai kya karun.
Abir: Nanko tu Kuhu ko like krta hai?
Kunal: I don't know bhai.
Abir: To pata kr na...Soch uski shaadi ho jaegi phir bacche tab tujhe samjh aaega kya
Kunal: Please yaar bhai ese mat bolo I love her bhai I love her please.
Abir: I know mere bhai And he hugs him.
Kunal: Pr bhai ab bht daer ho gyi hai
Abir: Abhi shaadi nhi hui hai na matlab abhi hamare pass time hai. Filhal tu aaram kr or khana khale mai chalta hun.

It was Night and Abir was going out to cycle but was stopped by Meenu and they had an argument about the past.Abir craved for love but her mother was busy building a great business empire and hence never provided the warmth and care needed by him.He was now upset and then went to the lake side and was crying there alone.

Mishti was passing by on her cycle when she noticed the beautifully decorated place and water bottle. She was thirsty , so thought of drinking some water and the moment she picked up the bottle. She heard a silent sob and went behind the tent in search of the person.

Suddenly Abir felt a hand on his left shoulder and turned and hugged her.
She was surprised by the sudden hug but she was sad seeing his Ajeeb Rajvansh break down and something came into her and she hugged him back even more tightly.

Abir: Kyun Mishti Kyun mere saath hi yeh hmesha kyu  hota hai.
Mishti: Abir shaant ho jao (She was messing with his hairs comforting him)
Abir: Kyun mjhe koi nhi samjhta ...kyun jisse bhi mai pyaar krta hun wo mjhe chodh kr chale jaate hain kyun.
Mishti: She was so drown and concerned about his vulnerability that she didn't realised what she is doing. And she said "Mai tumhe chodkr kabhi nhi jaungi mere Ajeeb Rajvansh".
To which Abir replied with a "promise?"
Mishti: pkka promise. And she kissed his forehead making him look at her.They were lost in each others eye and didn't realised that time passed by and suddenly her phone beeped.
It was a message from Kuhu.."Tu thik hai na?"
To which she types "yes!"
Abir sat there facing the lake and Mishti felt a sudden urge of holding his hand ...She finally hold his hand and they sat there stargazing.
Abir: I am sorry tumhe awkward feel krane k lie
Mishti: Mjhe awkward feel nhi ho rha
Abir just nodded without looking at her and they didn't realised they were holding each other's hand very strongly.
The truth was they both felt a void inside them since long and today they were feeling a warmth; a completeness surrounded them and they were engrossed in each others company.

When suddenly Abir asked
Abir: So Kuhu is all happy about the alliance.!?
Mish: Actually...Wo rishta banne se pehle hi toot gya.
and she explains him the whole scenario and the reactions of both the families.
Abir: Accha kia ese loag hamari Kuhu ko deserve hi nhi krte.
Mish: Wo toh hai....Pr tumhe un aunty ka chehra dekhna tha ...jab jasmeet aunty ne unke bete ko heera nhi koyla kaha..XD That was the best line.
Abir: Hahaha... Jasmeet ji bhi na
Mish: Mere lie esa rishta aata na toh mai toh use tabhi thik kr deti jab usne wo job wali baat kahi thi.
Abir: Tumhe kaisa rishta chahie then (He was so interested on knowing her interests).
Mish:Mjhe shaadi hi nhi krni...
Abir: are ese kaise nhi krni koi toh chahie hoga na apni galtiyaan blame krne k lie puri life.
Mish: Uske lie shaadi krne ki kya zarurat ...Tum ho na blame krne ko and she laughs.

Abir was just adoring her and he couldn't take his eyes off her. He was happy being the target of her blame game.She was soothing and warm, he felt like she is the part that completes him. She was his star in the darkest of nights, A warm blanket in a winter night, The ray of sunlight lighting his home. He felt full of hope and a sense of belonging at the same time.

Mishti was laughing so much after so long, She knew his Ajeeb Rajvansh will never make her cry, He will always be there whenever she will need him. She had friends but this friendship seemed a lot more different and complete. She was feeling calm and protected. Something in him was completing her. However, She didn't knew what.

Mishti stood up to go when she realised Abir was still holding her tightly.
Mishti: Ajeeb Rajvansh ab jaane bhi do I know mai bht acchi hun pr raat bhi kaafi ho gyi hai or tumhe bhi ghar jana chahie.
Abir: Mai jaane dunga agar tum meri ek baat mano.
Mishti: Konsi !??
Abir: ek cycle race ho jae.
Mish: Ho jaee...

And they both paddled to Maheshwari house and she won the race. Mishti before leaving..
Mish: suno..
Abir: Haan
and she comes and hugs him tightly
Abir hugs her back.
Mishti: Ab rona mat samjhe
Abir: Okay
Mish: good night
Abir: Good night angry chorni.

And something was different about the night.It felt as the moon shined more bright.
Destiny only knows what it holds
What comes forth can't be denied.
