((I'm going off a script because I don't have the movie so bear with me))
Y/n's pov
"Sleeve. Head. Ah-ha!" I hear the guy taking Ben's measurements (I'm second to get mine) say. I look towards Ben seeing him look at the Isle of The Lost. "Are you really sure about this Ben?" I ask him. He turns his head towards me and tells me he is absolutely sure.
We hear the door open and in comes our parent's. "How is it possible that their going to be crowned king and queen next month? They're just babies!" Dad says. Our mom argues with him, "They are turning 16, dear".
I give Ben a look saying, tell them. He looks at me nervous knowing dad isn't gonna like this. "Hey, pops" He greets, I greet them with a wave. Dad is still ranting.
"16? That's far too young to be crowned king and queen. I didn't make a good decision until I was at least 42" Dad says and mom gives him a look and tells him he was 28. They continue to talk until Ben interrupts by saying,"Mom, dad..." He trails off and walks over to them ignoring the guys, that was taking his measurements, protests. The guy comes over to me and I groan.
Ben looks at me and I mouth, go on, to him. He takes a breath before continuing. "I've chosen my first official proclamation. I've decided that the children on the Isle of The Lost be given a chance to live in Auradon" He takes a moment to look at mom and dad and I do too. They have shocked faces. "Every time we look out at the island, we feel like they've been abandoned" He says.
I nod in agreement but get scolded for it while mom and dad look at us like we're crazy. "The children of our sworn enemies, living among us?" Dad asks. "We start out with a few at first, only the ones who need our help the most. Me and Y/n have already chosen them" he says. Mom and dad talk and she tells him she gave him a second chance and who their parents are. Me and Ben share a look with each other.
"Cruella De Vil... Jafar..." I say starting the list then look at Ben. "Evil Queen..." He says then looks at me and together we say," And Maleficent". Everyone looks at us shocked and measurement guy yelps. "Maleficent! She is the worst villain in the land!" Dad shouts. "Dad, just hear us out!" I say running up to Ben. Dad rages and says," I won't hear of it. They are guilty of unspeakable crimes".
"Dad their children are innocent" I say and Ben continues it. "Don't you think they deserve a shot at a normal life? Dad?"
"I suppose their children are innocent" Dad says finally agreeing. Mom comes over to us and says, "Well done. Shall we?"
