YouTube University (#Wattys2015)

Ihascupquake is my favourite food

I walked into the cafeteria with Minx. There were a few people sitting and eating while a few were lining up for food. I held my student card tightly as I walked. Minx called to me.

"You go get your food" Minx said
"Okay" I answered
"Do you want to sit with me and my friends?"
"It's alright, I don't want to interfere"
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah, I'm sure"

I walked to the end of the line and grabbed a tray. I walked and picked up chicken and mash with gravy, a bread roll and a lemonade. As I reached the end, I managed to squeeze in a cupcake and I swiped my card. I went to an empty table and sat there. I started eating my dinner and observing my surroundings. On one table, there were two people on a computer. They weren't eating because there was no food on their trays. Just scraps.

On another table, there were seven guys and a girl eating and looking to be joking about. I could hear a little bit of laughter coming from their table. I ate pretty quickly and when I finished my chicken and mash, I spotted Minx. She was sitting with two men and a masked guy. One of the men had a beard and the other one wearing a fisting shirt. The masked guy looked interesting, because he is wearing a mask. But why?

"Hi"
I looked in front of me to find a girl standing with a cupcake. She looked a bit younger than Minx and half her hair was a darkish purple.
"You looked a bit lonely so can I sit with you?"
"Sure" I replied
She sat down opposite of me starting to eat her cupcake. I decided to eat my cupcake too.

"Do you like cupcakes?" She asked
"Yeah, but I love chocolate more" I responded
"I love cupcakes and that's why I am Ihascupquake"
"Is that your YouTube name?"
"I am Ihascupquake, nice to meet you. What is your name?"
"Ana but you can call me an anomaly"
"I prefer Ana. Why did you name yourself an anomaly?"
"Because people think that they know me but they don't"
"Ooh, that will make YouTube university interesting. Meanwhile, how old are you?"
"You would not believe me if I told you"
"Come on, it's not like you are 16"
"I'm 15 years old"
"..oh"
...
...
...
"Your name would be a nice food" I blurted
"Aww, that's sweet of you to say. I would love a cupcake named after me" Ihascupquake spoke
"I think there will be a cupcake named after you at some point. Your name sounds yummy"
"It sure does"
"I like the cupcakes here"
"Mum, I know"
"Ihascupquake?"
"Yeah?"
"Can I call you cupquake?"
"Sure, so it's not a handful"

We giggled and Cupquake checked the time. It was 8:30pm. Time went really fast! I gave her a nice farewell before cleaning up the food and heading out. I walked back to the dorms and on the way, I found the showers and the restrooms. I opened the door and walked in. I closed the door behind me and got into my pjs. I set my alarm and looked at my schedule. I went on the laptop and set it all up. Once I completed that, I looked up YouTube University. After some research, I finally got everything worked out.

I decided to go to sleep so I would be ready for the day ahead. At least I met a few new people today.
