I wake up and look over at my brother, I want to keep him safe forever. I lean and kiss his forehead. I starts getting out of bed.
He starts moving around once he feels me get up. I look at him and chuckle, “Wake up Jisungie~” I say to him and he just groans. “Why! I want to sleep moreeee! ”I shush him because I did not want my mother to wake up and he understands.
“Do I have to go to school?” My brother asks. “Of course silly and I also have to go to work. ” I say while poking his nose. He just grones and gets out of bed.
“Let's go brush our teeth yeah?” He looks at me and nods while smiling. We start walking over to the bathroom and wash our teeth together.
“Ok, you have to get dressed Jisung or else you will be a bit late. ”He puffs out his cheeks in anoyment. “ughh, I hate school”. Jisung whines. I some warmly at him and he calms down.
He gets dressed and put on his slightly cute school uniform that I had to pay for. I started brushing his hair and also doing mine in the process. We both walk down stairs with caution.
“Ok buddy, what do you want to eat?” I ask him and he smiles at my question. “Can I have eggs? ”My brother looks at me with a wide smile on his face. I give him a warm smile and start looking in the almost empty fridge for some eggs.
The fridge barely had any things only milk, eggs, and beer. I get the eggs and start cooking. Once I finnish I come up to him and give him the food that I placed on a plate.
He smiles and eats it happily. I wonder what my 'mother' is doing. Probably sleeping because she is wasted from drinking to much last night.
I look over at him and still see that bruse ok his cheek and it just makes my blood boil. How could any decent human being do this? She has no right to hurt my little brother.
“Jiminie? Are you going to eat? ” I look at him and shake my head. “ Not now but maybe before work ok? ” I say to him and he just nods.
“Ok jiminie. ”
