(Okay so i will time skip a month ahead because really all he did was train his quirk)

Izuku has been training his quirk for a month trying to improve it until he was finally given a mission. He was sent to kill some heroes that were rising in popularity. He went to the location and saw them talking. They were in a metal building with guards at the entrance. He was able to sneak around the guards, after all he snuck past bullies all the time.

He went behind the building and grabbed the metal with both hands. Instantly it began to rust enough to break through. He broke in and looked for the room the heroes were in. He found it and hid behind the doorway. He texted kurogiri to 'send in the package' as a brick flew through the glass (now i bet you're wondering "why didn't he just age the glass" well according to the internet it takes 1 million years to decompose while steel only lasts around 40)  the heroes were looking at the box when one looked back to see 2 skeletons where the other heroes were. Suddenly he felt a sharp pain in his back as his teeth fell out, skin wrinkled, he collapsed to the ground, he looked up to see izuku standing there as he became a rotting corpse.

"Mission complete, ready to go." He said on the phone walking into the bar. "So what's next?" He asked "well we believe your quirk is developed enough. So your next mission is to change your look someone may recognize you out there. Izuku put on a pair of gloves (i will explain how his quirk does not effect them later) and left the bar.

He walks into a store and grabs hair and some technical supplies. He buys the items and leaves for another store for his villain costume. He walks into one and buys a durable looking mask. He walks into another and buys a suit.

-timeskip hour later-

When he gets back to the bar and shigaraki is playing a game as always. He put on his mask and suit and looked as shigaraki. "How do i look?" He asked, "Good but um...your voice." Shigaraki said as izuku smiled "no problem." He said as he got back to work.

He fashioned a voice changer with the supplies he bought. "How about now?" He said in a gravely voice. "Great." Shigaraki replied smiling "whats your code name?" He asked. Izuku thought for a moment "well i never really put much thought into it but..." he had no idea what his codename would be, then it hit him. "Deku..." he said with confidence.

"Well deku," he said in a mocking tone "i have a question for you. What is this?" Shigaraki said holding up his hero analysis notebook. "Oh that, that's just my hero notes. Just something from my fanboy phase no big deal." Izuku replied.

"No big deal?! This has some very impressive and precise information. We can use these. Do you have anymore?" Shigaraki said "yeah but those notes are the most up to date. The others are from when i was a kid, most of the heroes in them are either dead or retired." Izuku said "where are they?" Shigaraki asked. "I have them here actually. I never leave them, unless i want my mom to destroy them." Izuku replied

"why would she do such a thing?" Kurogiri asked "well when i was diagnosed quirkless, she lost hope in me. She wasn't abusive, just protecting me to the extreme. She prohibited any talk of heroes." Izuku replied. "May i see the notebooks?" Shigaraki asked "yeah sure." Izuku said running to his backpack and grabbing 12 other notebooks.

"Here you go." Izuku said setting the books on the bar counter. "Thank you izuku. Now go on and play or whatever you do." Shigaraki said "okay mr. 'the store was out of chapstick'." He replied as kurogiri chuckled at the nickname.
