--10th grade--

So i met Jake and he's the sweetest and goofiest guy ever. Colby knew something was up because i wasn't really being myself i guess.

We did end up getting phones and we got razor phones. Mine was pink and his was red. I was texting jake a whole lot and i accidentally left my phone open on the conversation on the couch by colby and he saw our messages. He pulled me to his room and we talked about it. He wasn't happy. I apologized and the words that came out of his mouth made me speechless. "I love you Kari." What? Did he just say he loved me?

We went a full 2 weeks barely talking or hanging out. My brother knew what happened and tried to fill in as colby but it wasn't the same. Jake and i had a phone call and i told him everything and he agreed to stay as friends because he didn't know about Colby.

One day i decided to walk to Colby's house and i went up to his door. His mom answered and told me he was in his room. I walked up to his room and his door was cracked open. I heard laughing. Weird, cuz he has no other friends but me. I knocked and opened the door. I saw him sitting on his bed with some blonde guy. I gasped and they both looked over. I studdered sorry and ran down the stairs. He called after me. I just left and started walking back home crying. I could hear him yelling for me. I ignored him and went home.

Its spring break and i stayed home alone. Colby has been trying to get ahold of me for a while now. One day i got a text from him with a link and a sorry. I got on my computer and entered the link. It took me to some website called 'Vine'. I had to sign up in order to see what he sent. So i made an account. But i saw the video. It was colby and that blonde kid. Why did he send me this when he knows im pissed at him? I heard someone clear their throat at my doorway and i looked over. It was colby. I got off the website and went to my bed. He sat down by me. He apologized and explained what was going on. Him and this kid made a duo vine account and didn't tell me or even asked if i wanted to do a duo account. Ugh my life is a mess. He kept talking and i don't know what went through me but i leaned over, grabbed his face and kissed him.
