Kari pov

So I've been thinking a lot about moving out with them and i think I'm gonna do it. I was back at my brothers house and most of my things were already packed from when i first moved in. I went ahead and packed everything else. The door bell went off and i went to check who it was. It was Colby. I let him in. "What's up? You ok?" I asked as he walked in about to freak out. He just couldn't get anything out. I sat him down on the couch and crouched down in front of him and held his hands. "Colby please, you're scaring me." I begged. He calmed down and finally spoke. "I bout got killed. I shouldn't have done that." He said. I looked at him confused. He explained what happened. His dumb ass went to the wrong house and got chased by Rottweilers. I laughed at him and called him a dumbass. I stood up and he asked what i was doing. "Packing." Is all i said.

He was confused at first then it doned on him. Duh. He came to my room with me and helped finish packing. "You're easy. 20 boxes? Easy." He said. I nodded my head. Today was a very hot day so i had my window open and without thinking i took my shirt off and now im just in my sports bra and short shorts. Im sure he enjoyed the view. I turned around and he was leaning against a couple boxes staring at me and biting his lip and ended up falling over. We laughed and tried to help him up but he pulled me down on top of him. We stared into each other's eyes. "I wish we could do this without us feeling awkward about our friendship." I mentioned. He smirked. "We can. Unless you want to wait." He said. "I'd rather wait. I don't want to get blasted with hate comments just yet." I said. He agreed. We layed like this a bit longer until we heard the front door open and my brother announcing He's home. We immediately got up and he sat on my bed while i packed more clothes. Zak came up to my doorway and asked if i was ok. I told him i was fine just sweaty. He nodded. Then he saw Colby and i think my brother just stole my best friend.

I finished packing and moved all my stuff in the living room. I found the boys in the backyard talking. I scared them hehehe. They decided to chase me around the house trying to get me. Memories started flooding back and remembering the old times when we used to do this all the time. I was taken out of my thoughts when one of them ended up catching me and falling down on the floor. I looked up and it was Colby. We stared into each other's eyes again and he planted and quick kiss on my lips before getting up and helping me up while announcing he caught me. He was hugging me from behind and i felt something poking me in the butt but didn't think anything of it.

Later that night, Zak decided to treat the 3 of us to dinner so of course i had to shower and put on real clothes. We went to Dave and Busters, had dinner and had some fun. We got back home with leftovers and just really tired. Zak went in his room to bed and Colby and i went to my room. We fell asleep in each other's arms. I really wish we were an actual couple.
