Log 4: So now I have a new stone that creates barriers but I have no idea how to use it. I can only learn by doing.
Test 1: I shoved as much aura as I could into it
Result: The barrier grew tremendously
Test 2: I try to break the barrier with my pickaxe
Result: It pops like bubble wrap
Test 3: I threw a beast at the barrier
Result: The beast took some damage then ran off
Conclusion: I need to find a way to make the barrier stronger but it should suffice for now

Log 5: I try to train my wolf-like resident
He's just living here on my supplies. He doesn't even pay rent! I would be satisfied if I were to be able to train him so he could help me with hunts.
The treat method: I give him some high grade meat every time he does something right
Result: He helps until I give him the meat then goes back to bed. If I wait too long to reward him he goes back to sleep anyway
The punishment method: Giving him worse meats when he doesn't listen
Result: He doesn't seem to care as long as he gets meat. I'm not cruel enough to starve him
Conclusion: I've been able to somewhat break the language barrier with this but he's so lazy. I wish that I could teleport back to the orphanage and ask Lana how she does it.
Ya know it just occurred to me that this may be slightly unethical with him being humanish and all... He did try to bite my arm that one time though so maybe when he acts like a human I'll treat him like one.
