Are you searching for a mature romance that's completed? This book dedicates chapters to writers with completed work in the romance genre. I have not read these stories but they are mature stories that contain sex but are not erotica or s...
I write mature romance in my spare time. Mature in that my stories are about grown-up characters (usually in their thirties and forties) as well as dealing with mature themes and containing content for adult readers only - sex, drugs and strong language. So if you want fluffy and light-hearted reads with cute HEAs then I can’t promise you that.
My stories are set in the modern day, real world and the underlying theme is that a life well lived is full of mistakes. My characters are complex, and far from perfect; sometimes making questionable decisions in their pursuit of finding meaning - often bumping into Love along the way. My hope is you will connect with them despite (or perhaps because of) their flaws.
I don’t actually read romance novels so my stories are inspired by real life - things that have happened to me, my friends, my family or in the news - so these may not read like your typical romance novel.
If, after all the above, you’re not turned off, then I can’t wait to welcome you to my stories. I love to chat to my readers so if you’re a vocal reader then feel free to spam my inbox or the comments.
Finally, I also edit my friends’ mature content for free so, if you’re interested, drop me a message. I much prefer editing other people’s to my own!
Much love, A x

Jude is a confident (bordering on egotistical), successful DJ, but scratch the surface and most people don’t like what they find.
Until Amy did. With confidence and success to match his, she can’t help but be drawn to the enigmatic Jude.
But falling in love in your late thirties presents a few challenges. Not least because very few people get to this age without a large amount of relationship baggage. Jude, in particular, has a lot of baggage. Amy, on the other hand, hasn’t had children yet, and with the clock ticking, is Jude really the right man to be getting involved with?
Their story takes place in middle class, middle England where everyone is winning at life on the surface with their great jobs, beautiful houses and fancy cars, but failing miserably where it truly matters: at being happy. Can Jude and Amy be happy despite the persistent and sometimes immovable obstacles in their way?
Find out by reading it from either Jude’s or Amy’s point of view…

Their lives were on different trajectories until a bolt of lightning connects them and sets off a chain of events that sends Amanda’s career down the drain while Freddie’s continues to make waves.
On meeting again months later, sparks fly when they start exchanging intimate fantasies, but can Amanda handle a relationship given the mess she feels her life has descended into? And does Freddie care for her, or does he simply love fixing people?
Their dysfunctional romance has many false starts as Amanda struggles with her declining mental health. And just when she thinks she has it all figured out, tragedy hits once more. Can lightning really strike twice or is something more sinister going on?
