As soon as the bright sunlight shone through the open curtains, Brook started to finally wake up, after spending the night holding Alex in her arms. Once she saw that Alex was still sleeping, she smiled to herself, as this meant that she might actually be able to surprise not only Alex, but also Luke by making Breakfast. She wasn't exactly a breakfast person, but ahe was still dedicated to make something for her two best friends!
Slowly but surely, she started to slide off of the sofa, and before she knew it, she had successfully managed  to get off the sofa without waking up Alex.
She lightly stretched while taking in her surroundings, which allowed to give her some time to think of the prefect breakfast to make. After some tough decision, she finally just decided on making some pancakes for Luke and Alex, and she would just have some fruit when she got home. She quickly ran into the kitchen while trying to not make too much noise, as the other two could wake up at any moment now.
Once she had all of the ingredients out, she grabbed her phone and speaker, and started to play some of her music, and the first song which came on was "Ivy" by Frank Ocean. Just by listening to the first notes, she was already fully relaxed, and had to do everything to stop her from going back to lay down with Alex. To help distract her, she started making the batter, and she had already finished in less than 3 minutes, maybe this would work out overall!! After struggling to light the stove, she finally did it after trying for the 16th time, and this caused her to start jumping up and down in a celebratory dance. She quickly went back to cooking the pancakes, and it turned out that she had finished in 10 minutes overall!
As a celebration for actually completing something for once, she decided to go back and sleep on the sofa next to Alex for another 30 minutes.................

*Le Time Skipe*

Brook was rudely woken again by a high pitched alarm, and she was about to go back to sleep when she remembered what she had made in the morning. After a few minutes of unsuccessfully trying to wake up Alex, Brook slowly started to slide of off the sofa, while dragging Alex down with her. Thankfully, he actually woke up when they both hit the floor in a pile, and Brook quickly leapt up so that she could tell Alex about what she had made.

"rIGHT, before you go back to sleep, I made pancakes!!!!!" Alex quickly tried to make sense of the words which had came out of the young adults mouth.
"h-huh?" After he thought it over for longer, he immediately felt the rush of excitement throughout his body.
"Y-you did? Yes! When did you wake up?"
"Oh ummm, maybe around an hour ago, I fell asleep for an extra 30 minutes as well!!" Just as she was about to lie back down, Alex jumped up as well, and started to run with her so that they could get to the kitchen as soon as possible.
Once they arrived, they both saw that Luke had already gotten up and was starting to eat the parents, and this caused Alex to quickly sat down and start eating them as well.
Brook slid over to the dining table, sat down onto one of the chairs, and just waited patiently until the boys had finished eating. While she was waiting, she quickly scrolled through her music and pressed shuffle, with Ivy by Frank Ocean being one of the first songs playing. Before she knew it, she was humming along without realising, and only stopped when she heard the plates clattering in the sink.
"So what are we doing today?" Brook immediately questioned.
"Well, I was thinking that we could being over the rest of the gang and just watch a fuck ton of movies,  maybe even go skating?" Luke replied. As soon as Luke said that, Brooks ears perked up, and she immediately got up and started dancing to her music, as this had been one of the best weekends she had, and it was getting even better. By now, everyone had finished eating, and Brook quickly pulled out her phone to start to text the group chat.
