I noticed this when I watched Haikyuu for the first time and it stuck with me since.

"But It's Not Like They Can Win Alone"

These words were said by Kageyama. I thought it was so funny when I heard these words because he was the person to do everything by himself, The Lone Wolf.
He was better than everyone on his team, he wanted to do everything on his own.

Hinata was sort of the one person to pull him out of his bad habit on doing everything by himself. He also got all worked up after Kageyama said that.

"Turf War Is a Team Sport, You Know."

Words said by Rider in Splatoon Manga Four. Rider was also known to do everything on his own because he saw himself as the only good player on his team.
He wanted to do this alone. Also a Lone Wolf.

After Rider meet Goggles he showed him that he needs a team to support him. Rider did take time but put together a good team.

Skull talks about how Prinz was different but similar to Emperor. He then says
'We Were No Match For Them One-On-One.'

Which made Rider say what he said. And skull simply said 'Look Who's Talking' because Rider is still sort known for his actions back then. Other teams can't see past his Lone Wolf look. Just like how Kageyama's old team thought he would throw Hinata away if he messed up.

I love how these two boys have similar problems but work through them with the help of a friend (even though they wouldn't say it to them). There are other parts that have the same vibe but I'm stopping here, I just wanted to say that.
