Naruto was heading back from his mission, he was thrilled that he'd finally go back to see sakura and his friends.
The mission was exhausting but for him, a piece of cake...why won't it, with his powerful chakra, he can do anything, and achieve whatever he wants.
His mind wandered to memories of team seven.
Their first mission, when they encountered zabuza and haku.
He missed his friends, and of course, kakashi sensei.
And above all, he missed sasuke, sasuke who left the village saying he wants to atone.
A promise they kept to each other until they'd fight again.
Naruto breathed as he entered the gates of konoha.
He had to report to kakashi.
Naruto headed towards kakashi's, when he bumped into sakura.
"Sakura chan" naruto greeted enthusiastically.
"Naruto..." sakura said.
"Long time no see" he grinned.
He looked at sakura whose eye was sorrowful.
"Sakura chan? You okay? Is it because of sasuke again" he taunted.
Sakura's eyes widened.
Yes, of course she never stopped thinking about the uchiha.
But it wasn't that only.
How can she tell naruto that hinata had been missing for three days now.
And there is no single evidence.
She knew quiet well that shikamaru have been looking for her, but nothing.
She was summoned to the hokage's office.
"Sakura chan?" Naruto asked because he felt worried.
"Eh...nothing, lets go to kakashi sensei, i am summoned.." she said.
"Hai hai" naruto smiled and both headed there.
Hinata was silent, not like usual, but extra silent, extra calm, but that was only from the outside as they followed sasuke.
But from the inside, her mind was erupting.
Sasuke kissed her.
Sasuke stole her first kiss, the first kiss that was meant for the blond.
Sasuke stole everything from her, her freedom.
and what else must he take, except her freedom, which is all she has.
But it wasn't that? Why...why did he kiss her.
Why was he doing that.
Why did he abducted her, spat poisonous words at her, and ends up carrying her, and feeding her!
Why was he everything and the opposite.
And why did he stole her first kiss.
Shouldn't it be, more of a goal? A fulfillment. Kisses are too personal, kisses means love and affection.
Sasuke isn't an idiot, he knows exactly what he does.
Maybe he is luring into her, fucking up her mind and thoughts to posses her.
The walk was silent, but this pregnant silent and the sexual tension between hinata and sasuke was very obvious, especially to someone like suigetsu.
"Something is off karin" suigetsu whispered to her.
Karin nodded silently.
Sasuke, even though he was always silent and calm, but the silence isn't ordinary.
As for jugo, he felt something weird towards the hyuga.
Something he can't explain, something he never felt.
Is it because her undeniable beauty?
Maybe.
He approached hinata when he saw her wobble a little bit.
"Are you okay?" He asked.
Hinata's train of thoughts were cut.
She looked at jugo, and smiled.
"H..hai"
Jugo looked at her, and turned his head.
That smile...so intoxicating.
Why was she so nice to jugo, a monster he was.
But she rather was nice to him, even though they are keeping her as a hostage, she manages to smile at him.
What was she? How can such pureness and gentleness still exist in this shinobi world.
She can't be a shinobi.
"Can you walk?" He asked.
"Eh...ah...arigato" she smiled.
Sasuke tensed when he just heard jugo speaking with hinata.
He activated his sharingan, voluntarily and involuntary.
He wanted to see how she smiled, but it was activated because he felt enraged.
How dare she smile at him..like that.
That smile doesn't belong to anyone but him.
Yes, she is the vessel for his children, and she belongs to sasuke, and sasuke doesn't share.
Why is he even enraged. He never knew!
He kept hearing the conversation as he heard her giggles and the rage inside him
Kept increasing.
"Are those your friends?" Hinata smiled pointing to the birds on jugo's shoulder.
"Ah" he said.
Why was jugo even so open around hinata.
Hinata is of course give that vibe and aura, making everyone comfortable around her, but still! Why is he so open around her.
Hinata giggled.
Jugo looked at her confused.
Suigetsu was monitoring sasuke's response and reaction.
He was smirking, this was going to be entertaining.
"Nani?" Jugo asked confused.
"It reminds me of disney princesses..." she giggled.
Jugo's face turned red.
Sasuke gnashed his teeth. Is jugo being shy?
"I always loved them..." she smiled a little.
Jugo looked at hinata's eyes that glittered.
He thought how beautiful she were.
"Did you name them?" Hinata asked.
"No..." jugo said as hinata tried to reach for the little bird, she tripped, and suddenly jugo caught her.
Sasuke suddenly punched the tree, leaving a dent.
Everyone looked at sasuke with widened eyes.
Whats wrong with him.
"Stop fooling around!" He snorted and kept walking.
"Are you okay?" Jugo asked hinata.
"Jugo!" Sasuke said in one clear tone.
"A..ah" hinata shivered and decided to take a step back, she feared for jugo.
Suigetsu was smirking.
"Kakashiii senseiiii...." naruto yelled as he entered the office, where he found shikamaru with couple of ANBU.
"Naruto...welcome back" kakashi said.
"I came to report the scroll" he said.
"Ah...fine..." kakashi said.
Naruto felt something was off.
"Good you came with sakura" kakashi sighed.
"Kakashi sensei, whats the matter" naruto asked.
"Naruto...hinata, has been abducted" shikamaru said.
"Wh..what!" Naruto growled.
"And the ANBU found out something..." shikamaru retorted.
"What? Who did that?, otsutsuki?" Naruto asked.
Kakashi shook his head.
"We are afraid its uchiha sasuke..." one of the ANBU Said.
"WHAT!" Naruto and sakura said in unison.
"Why..why sasuke would do that?" Sakura felt a tinge of something off inside.
"We still don't know..." kakashi said.
"I am sure its someone trying to set sasuke up! He won't do that!" Naruto yelled.
"I understand your concern naruto, but its sasuke...and we need to track his chakra...or hinata's..." shikamaru said.
"Then lets go...NOW" naruto growled and turned.
Sakura and shikamaru followed naruto.
Hinata was sweating, and she was limping.
She tried hard not to show it.
When she tripped she twisted her ankle.
She decided to swallow the pain, she feared sasuke would scorn her.
But that didn't go unnoticed by both sasuke and jugo.
Jugo went over to hinata.
"Hinata..." he said.
Hinata looked at him.
"Is your legs hurting?" He asked concerned.
"Eh...umm..ano...a little, but i.. can..g.." she stammered, and suddenly, jugo bent over to carry her when sasuke suddenly appeared and held his wrists and arms.
He glared at jugo.
"Leave her" he spat.
Jugo eyed sasuke, he knew sasuke always kept him in check.
He wanted to object but he can't.
"Ah..jealousy" suigetsu taunted.
"Yurusai" sasuke spat and glared at suigetsu.
"Ikuzo" sasuke spat, and he kept on walking, hinata was walking a little slow.
The pain was increasing and she couldn't even bear it.
She suddenly dropped on her knees, and placed her hands over her face and started sobbing.
The team stopped.
Sasuke turned to find her covering her face and she breathed silent whimpers.
He walked towards her, hinata looked up at him.
He was glaring at her and looking down, his eyes and expression held one word..'pathetic'.
Hinata saw sasuke leaning over, she was scared that he'd struck her, so she shielded her face with her hands crossed.
"I..know i am weak and pathetic but...but i just can't...my..ankles..." she hiccuped and sobbed.
Suddenly, she felt someone grabs her arms tightly, and all of a sudden, her whole body was held higher from the ground, bridal style.
Suddenly, she felt a thumb, wiping her tears. And hands hiding her face into his chest.
Hinata's eyes widened.
"Summoning jutsu" sasuke said and he summoned aoda.
He sat on his snake, along with his team, straddling hinata between his legs.
Hinata was sobbing and shivering.
He held her ankle up, it was swollen and bruised.
Sasuke cut a piece of his kimono, and wrapped her ankle with a piece of dried wood.
He asked suigetsu to give him some ice.
"Here, place this" he ordered.
Then, he turned her back to his chest.
He wrapped his hands around her waist and straddled her between his lap.
"Why..." she murmured.
Sasuke heard her murmurs but he didn't have such answer to this question.
At least not now....
