Oh shit, I quickly turned and walked to my class.
The bell hasn't rang yet idiot.
I don't care, I'll sit in there until the bell rings.
I'm so happy I don't have to go to my locker.
I quickly went in my class and find a seat at the back. I breathe a sigh of relief and slump in my chair.
I decided to eat my sandwich since nobody was in there and play candy crush.
The teacher came in 5 minutes before the bell. She was surprised to see me there. She probably thought she made it to class before everyone hehe.
My phone vibrated and I saw it was a text from Ashley.
Meet after school, I'll be by your car.
~
At the end of the day the bell rang, a sound that students hate and love.
I rushed to my car trying my best to avoid London and Xavier. Ten minutes later I saw Ashley making her way over to me.
She thought it would be best if we did the work now because she won't have enough time tomorrow.
I agreed and texted my dad telling him I'll be home late.
So here I am following Ashley's car to the town library.
~
"If we work really fast, we can be done in half an hour" I said.
"Finally, I can't wait to be done" she mumbled "Hailey told me your gonna be at her party."
"Umm yeah" I said quietly.
"Cool, her phone broke so she asked me to give you her address or I can pick you up myself" she said "You know what I'll pick you up since this will be a party you'll never forget."
I had no idea what she meant but I agreed to let her pick me up.
I arrived home around five. I was really tired and I fell asleep instantly.
~
Saturday morning I woke up to the smell of bacon and eggs. For a few minutes I debated about sleeping for a little longer, but the delicious scent drove me out of the comfort of my bed. I trudged into the kitchen rubbing my eyes sleepily. Cyntia entered my vision singing to herself as she flipped the eggs in the pan.
"Good morning!" she chirped upon seeing me.
"What's that amazing smell" my dad said as he made his way into the kitchen.
"So there's this new Chinese restaurant that opened, I heard that there food is really good we should go there tonight" my dad said while we were all eating.
"Yasmin has a party to go to" Cyntia said.
"A party? What kind of party? Will there be drugs?" my dad asked.
"Come on, Yasmin is responsible to know what to do and what not to do" Cyntia said.
"Yeah dad I won't do anything stupid, you and Cyntia can have a date night" I said reassuringly.
"Okay you'll go only if you allow Cyntia to do your hair, makeup and also dress you" my dad said with a smile "There's no way you're wearing large hoodie and sweatpants".
"Oh my gosh, yes!" Cyntia laughed.
I watched as they both laughed.
"Fine."
~
So here I am seated while Cyntia worked her magic on my face. She refused to let me see it until she was finish.
I was already in my dress and she straightened my hair.
She was finally finished after what felt like hours.
I stood in front of the mirror with my mouth open. My hair didn't look like a storm past through it. My lips were dark with cherry red lipstick. I was wearing the tight black dress that showed my curves. My eyes were the best part of my face, Cyntia had outlined them with dark eyeliner and smudged gold eyeshadow under the lids of both of them.
"Oh my gosh, who is that girl" I said with a smile.
"I know right" Cyntia said with a chuckle.
I looked different.
I looked hot.
The doorbell rang and I went downstairs to open the door to see Austin.
Oh thank God my dad was in the bathroom.
