Ashlynn wakes me up and opens the curtains. "Come on sleepyhead you're up to make breakfast!!" She yells and gets out of my room. I get up from my bed and get an outfit to change into because I forgot we need to go to the park later and then I do my hair and make sure I pack a few things because in case something happens. I run downstairs and make pancakes then I put the plates, cups, etc on the table and call everyone to breakfast. First Ashlynn comes down and she looks at me impressed. "Trying to impress someone?" Ashlynn says, Referring to miles. "What? No." I say, trying to hide my blush. Then flora comes down then Miles.

I sat next to Flora and miles sat next to Ashlynn "So ash told us we're going to the park Is that true?" Flora asked. "Yeah. We are you want to bring your dolls so you can play on the playground?" I asked trying not to laugh at the nickname she gave Ashlynn. "Yeah!!" As soon as flora finishes she goes to her room and supposedly to pack her dolls. Then when everyone is done I wash all the plates while everyone gets ready. "Let's go!!" Ashlynn yells then come downstairs and get the car ready.

I sit in the back of the car and I sit at the end and miles sits in the middle, leaving me to sit next to him I look out the window and I accidentally place my hand on miles, I look at him awkwardly and apologize in whispers. "Sorry.." I whisper. Miles looks at me and shrugs "It's fine. But not in front of my sister." He says. "I'm sorry I said," I say and continue to look out the window. I think of Flora, Miles and how I feel eerie when I'm in that house.

"Alright we're here," Ashlynn says, Flora gets out of the car as fast as she can I get out of the car then miles. "Come on Flora let's go play together on the playground," Ashlynn says and they both run to the playground. "Y/n, Do you want to go..walk together?" Miles asks sweetly for once. "Yeah let's go." I hold his hand and we walk around the park "Let's get ice cream" I say. We go to a nearby ice cream stand and order two cones of ice cream.
"Hey, miles?" I say "Yeah?" He says eating his ice cream. "I like you," I say before realizing what I just said. "I mean-" "I like you too," Miles says, squeezing my hand and turning to me then he drops his ice cream on the ground and kisses me. "I don't want to put you in danger," Miles says. "You won't promise," I say before leaning in to kiss him again. I was so surprised he was acting this way "Your ice cream-" "You mean more to me than some stupid ice cream" he said cutting me off.

When it was time to leave, we sat in the same positions as before but flora was sleeping and I put my head on Miles' shoulder. "So are we a thing now?" I whisper. "Of course princess," He says kissing my head.
