Chapter nine

Y/N'S POV

We're here. I see the bright lights of the fair rides and my eyes gleam with excitement and Flora squeals and gets out the car. Miles looks at me and smiles "Excited? Don't let the lights fool you" "Miles! This was my one chance at being happy about the fair today and you had to ruin it!" I say, fake pouting. "Awe don't worry. More fun will come tonight." He says, smirking and he gets out the car. 

It takes me a while to understand what he said but once I do, I get out of the car and playfully pushing him. "Miles!! Your sister is right here!" He grabs my hand and takes us to get tickets then, we go on a ride. "Not anymore." I smile and he holds my hand throughout the whole ride. Once we get off we get cotton candy and he starts to take us to a table. "You make me so happy. I know I've hurt you a couple of times but you are truly my true love. You make me happy." He says looking at me. "You make me happy too. I love you." I say. "I love you too princess." He says. Then some other girls seem to be looking at Miles and whispering back and forward about...Miles I suppose? 

Then one girl comes up to Miles excited holding  cotton candy, "H-Hi I'm Leah!" She says smiling cheerfully. I know her. She is one of the prettiest girls at school. She's also been elected s prom queen every year of high school. I try to not get jealous at how pretty she is. "I'm Miles and this is my girlfriend, Y/n." Leah's smile starts to fade away once she sees me. "Yeah she was one of my friends." Leah says monotoned. "You know what? I think I need to go to the bathroom. I'll be right back." I try to find the bathroom and I hide in a stall. I take deep breathes and try to calm down. Then I go back out, to try to find Miles. Then I see the pizza guy. Tyler. 

He's standing at the cotton candy stand. I pass him and it looks like he saw me. Shit. "Hey, Ashlyyn!!" I turn around and see him running up to me. "Hey, Tyler. Um It's Y/n actually." I say smiling. "Oh. Y/n. What a nice name for such a cheerful girl." He says then he hands me his cotton candy. "For you." He says then he smiles sweetly. "Thanks. Who did you come with?" I say looking around. "No one really. You?" "Uh-My-Miles. Mind walking me to him?" I say "Of course not. Which means I'll walk you to him but-" "I get it" I say giggling. 

"So is 'Miles' like your boyfriend or something?" He asks. "Yeah I guess you could put It like that" I say putting hands behind my back. "Ah. Gotcha. You don't want to admit it." He says smirking I blush and cover my face "It's not like that It's just labels are overrated y'know?" I say looking at him. "Yeah. I see. Well don't worry, you don't have to have a label on everything." He says grabbing a piece of my cotton candy. "Very true." I say we go to the benches where me and miles are sitting and then, Boom. There and right there and right now, I see Leah kissing Miles. My eyes start to water and I try to prevent myself from crying. Tyler holds my hand and hugs me softly. "Hey, Hey It's okay. Everything is okay"

I start to sob and I hug him tightly. "Shit, Shit Shit. I shouldn't had trusted him.." Miles sees that I'm here and he starts to walk over to me. "Tyler can we go to your place. Please? quickly?" He nods and leads me to his scooter thing?? "Hop on" He says and gives me his helmet. We get on and we ride to his house. "So, This is my, Nice family home." He says and poses. I giggle and he smiles. "Yay I made you smile. Work done." He says and Hugs me.

Me and Tyler watch a movie and I end up faling asleep on his chest. 

Not like I like him or anything. We're just friends. Right?
