Missing in Action

Rei's POV

You: Eugh.....Hugh......

My mind feels so hazy....I wake up then I see I'm wrapped in yellow shining ropes...

You: Huh?......What's this?

I then see a woman approaching me from the darkness....

You: You......What have you done to my sister! And Sister Faylan!

???: Woah there, one question at a time alright? So....Claire? Yeah. She's also held like this. But in a different way and place. You three got separated and I'm here.

You: As soon as I'm out of here, I'll end you. Grrgh....

I try to yank myself out but it didn't budge. It wasn't normal binding restraints.

???: Chill there. Those are magic restraints. You can't break out. So, I just wanted to see that arm of yours....and it's fascinating...And I'm done. Ciao!

You: Wait!! Heeyy!! Waaait!

She leaves my sight and I was left alone in the darkness for a while....then later, upstairs was being noisy and then...!

You: Shade!

She walks up to me with a cold face as usual, and reaches out her hand...

You: You do know I'm restrained with-

Shade: Quiet peasant! I'm focusing....

You:......

Then the restraints broke and disappeared, I was free and she handed me my jacket....

You: Thanks.

CUE MUSIC

Shade: Save it for later when we're outside. You will repay me after this though.

We run towards the stairs and a White Fang trap triggered....we were surrounded by bots...

You: Got a plan?

Shade: Of course.

She snaps her fingers and she summons spikes that impale the bots, one by one....she had great dodging skills, gracefully too I guess....Later they fire bullets at her!

You: Shade!

I made a weird-looking shield which absorbs the bullets and dissipates...

You: What the...

Shade: Turret summon!

She summons a yellow-colored turret and sprays Ice-type Dust bullets...

Shade: Hurry! We don't have much time!

She extends her arm and we make a run for it, she turns around...

Shade: Chronobarrier!

She makes a magic barrier to block the path of the enemies...We made it out and hid in an alleyway...later some old man showed up...

STOP AT 02:52

???: Princess! Are you alright?

Shade: Yes I'm fine. You Samael?

Samael: Likewise. And....you are Rei, correct?

You: Y-yeah....

Samael: Here is your sword then.

You: O-Oh thanks.....

Samael nods at me and looks at Shade.

Samael: Will I be accompanying you Princess to the house?

Shade: No thank you. He will be enough.

Samael:.......

He goes to my side and whispers to my ear...

Samael: If she gets hurt....you will be punished....

He leaves and disappears....he gave chills down my spine....

You: A-Alright. Where to?

Shade: Our house. Come.

She walks away while I follow her tail.

You: Can't we just teleport out?

Shade: You think it's easy to use magic? It drains your aura by 6% and I have to use a lot of brain power....

You: Okay then...But I need to find my sister and Sister Faylan.

Shade: Your sister is fine, she's at my house. I do not know about the Mage.

You: Mage? Oh. A nickname. Gotcha.

Cue instrumental of Ayaka-Why (search it up cuz I can't put it in here)

Shade: Have you aged at all? It has been months after the fall of Beacon. Or have you forgotten? Your arm is also new. Serpent has made you a new one in exchange for it.

You: Fall of.....What?! And my arm!! My arm!!

I take off my jacket and upper clothing to look at my arm which is now color-coded in Red, Blue, and Black...

You: What....What.....

I fell down to my knees...

Shade's POV

He bursts into tears as what happened to him...I kneel down and caress his cheek...It hurts to see something you've worked hard on and their mind broke from the horror....I hug him and use all my effort to teleport at my house....I laid him down on my sofa and he cried himself to sleep....

You: I will tell you some time...but please....rest.

I put a memory blocker spell on him, he will not remember a single thing and replace his memories with a royal prince's...

You: Good night.
