Reaper - Rei Stories.

Rei's POV

Where am I? So...black.....I hear..so many screams of suffering people...It's so loud....help.....help...HELP!

I abruptly wake up on a bed with a cold sweat running down on my face.....

You: A dream....

I get off the bed as a royal man enters....

Samael: Are you okay, Prince Rei?

You: Y, Yes. I'm fine.

I get my breakfast and eat...

You: A dream...

This scenario has been repeating itself numerous times.... As if something was calling me.....Ugh, my head hurts from thinking about it. I go get ready to prepare my next mission to find Shade. I was told by Samael that she was the princess, and I am the prince or something along those lines. He also said she was in Mistral, but was nowhere to be found. He started receiving clues about her whereabouts...That was our final chance to get her back....

Samael: Are you ready?

You: Yeah.

I was briefed on the mission and I went to Signal.....As I walk closer to the building, I feel a voice call out...maybe more like 'inner thoughts'...

"Leave...."......"Run away..."

As I heard it, I felt something pass through me, something incompatible, something I didn't want. Something I wanted to disappear... As I felt those emotions, I had a big urge to destroy the school...I didn't know what I was doing...but I did it and went along with my mission...I find the target of interrogation..

You: Falcon! Where is Shade?!

Falcon: I, I don't know what you're talking about! Leave at once!

You: You won't tell me? Then I have to beat it out of you first!

As I close in, a brown haired teen intervened....I had a feeling....

You: (Why do I feel this....mixed feelings with this boy..? I didn't meet him and I shouldn't....but why does it hurt so much?)

I hold my chest as my heart was going to burst, but I couldn't let him interfere....I just have to knock him out. But they're gonna put up a fight.

You: Tch. Fine, let's fight!

I grabbed the hilt of my sword and prepared my power...

CUE MUSIC

You: Let's do this!

We stared at each other, locked on, and after a few seconds, we fought, clashing our blades. Locked together, we backed off. I casted magic on him...

You: Dark Fire!

I casted Fire Magic and he avoided it, I took this chance to dash to him and slash him, he suddenly blocked it and I was surprised. "How can this child have this quick reflexes?" I pondered as he pushed me back.

Him: Time to get serious! EDF!

He activated some sort of power, and summoned pillar of Dark Fire under me, I dodged it and he tried to kick me in the face, good thing I grabbed his leg and threw him to the air. I thought it was over, but he came back somehow stronger and we intertwined blades, his blade was different...he was somehow able to materialize it out of....Dark Energy?! Realizing this, he kicked me into the air and activated a special move...

Him: Predator's Infernal Blade!!

He drove his fist down on me and materialized a spike of Darkness. He slammed down on the ground....he then punched me numerous times in the face, making me have bruises and bleed....

Him: You done yet?! BKD!

He chained his attacks with extreme speed and power, my aura couldn't keep up...

You: Argh.....Aura Burst!!

Him: Gyaaagh!

This drove me to the edge, I activated my Magical Aura Burst and created a shockwave! It knocked him to the ceiling and I finally knocked him out.......

*STOP MUSIC*

I stood up and picked up my sword....I see him fall down from the ceiling and I gave him some healing potions...

You: I hope you get well soon.

Falcon: T-this is impossible! My student!

You: What, you think you can win just by sending a student at me? What a wimp. Low scum. I still have the stamina to bring your sorry ass back to Samael. Then, we'll beat the info out of you. Good? OK.

I punch his face and he gets a mild concussion with some beauty rest. I pick up his body and carry it.

You: Don't try to follow me. You already know what will happen.

I drag him out and teleport to Shade's home.

You: I'm back.

Samael: I see that you had some trouble Prince Rei.

You: No crap. Anyway, I got the target. Let's interrogate him later. I did some 'precautions'.

Samael: I see. I will strap him unto the chair. I suggest that you some rest.

You: Right.

I lay down on my bed as I thought about the boy....Who is he? Why did I feel a connection towards him...? How? Why did he have the same power as I? There's too many questions and so little answers. I must pursue the truth.....As I thought about this a voice clicked in my head...

"Don't....."........."It will only cause pain, and suffering.."...

You:...........But If I don't do this....it will only cause more pain and suffering....So I will pursue the truth...

I say this as I close my eyes...about to slumber after an entire day........While in my sleep, I was in the dark void again....but the brown-haired boy was there....

You: You are-!

Him: You bastard!

He tries to throw a punch but he just goes right through me.....he acknowledges this scenario with some confusion and just becomes angry now....

You:.....I am sorry for what happened. I was just sent for a mission.

Him: Yeah right. Mission to put me in a ceiling!? Like hell that's a mission!

You: I know you won't forgive me, but let me make it up by giving you a great life. In exchange, you will-

Him: Hold up! 'Great life'? Yeah right! I don't need you to help me!

You: Alright. But just let me know your name.

Ryuichi: Ryuichi Hayami.

You:...Ryuichi.....A nice name....As I said, I will give you a better life you so wish, but in exchange, you will help me find our missing princess named Shade Von Chrom.

Ryuichi:.....Fine. But I won't need that 'better life' thing. I'm doing this for her. Got it?!

You: Yes. Thank you. We will meet at Beacon in 5:30PM.

Ryuichi: Yeah, but will we remember this?

You: That I do not know. But let us see.

Ryuichi: Fine. But even though we're working, we're still not friends. If you get in my way, I'll end you.

You: I see. Well, farewell for now.

As I say that, the darkness surrounds us as I slumber in a dark void....
