~3 months later ~

Italy's POV

Luddy and I sat in the hospital waiting room as we waited for another doctor's appointment. I have now been pregnant for three months and my belly is growing bigger and bigger. Today we get to find out the gender of the bambino. I'm super excited. As we continued to sit down the doctor walked out and spoke, "Feliciano Vargas. I'm ready to see you." I happily got up from the seat and intertwined my fingers with Luddy's. We walked down a few halls before we got to the room where the doctor would perform the ultrasound. We entered the room and the doctor instructed me to lay down on the bed. I lay down on the bed and lifted my shirt, remembering from the other doctor's appointments to do that. He got the gel and rubbed it on my stomach. It was cold but wasn't that bad. He then used the transducer and pressed down on my stomach so we could get a look at the bambino. We looked at the screen as he continued to push and rub the transducer on my stomach. The doctor also looked at the screen then smiled and spoke, "Well, it looks like you have got two babies on the way." Luddy looked at the doctor shocked and happy and I just smiled while continuing to look at the screen. "Can we know the genders?" I asked enthusiastically. The doctor nodded then moved the transducer around a bit more before speaking again, "It looks like you have got a girl, a boy and my goodness, I guess I was wrong. You guys are having triplets." Both Luddy and I looked at the doctor shocked. The doctor continued to speak, "And the third one is a girl." Luddy grabbed my hand as we both smiled at each other. Tears of happiness started to roll down my cheeks. Luddy looked concerned and spoke, "Feli what's wrong?"

"Nothing. I'm just so happy." He smiled and we both shared a tender kiss. We finished up the appointment and got pictures of the bambinos. Once we got home, I got out my phone and called mi fratello. It rang for a while and then he picked up. "Ciao fratello." He sounded like he had just woken up. I spoke a bit confused, "Fratello, did you just wake up?" I heard a sigh before he responded, "Si I did." I was even more confused. It was two in the afternoon. I know he likes to sleep in but he never sleeps in this late. I spoke again, "Why were you asleep at this time?"

"Because I was tired and pregnant." I could practically hear him slap his hand over his mouth after he said those words. A huge smile appeared on my lips and I shouted into the phone, "OH MY GOD! Fratello you are pregnant! Why didn't you tell me sooner?"

"Because I only found out a few days ago and I didn't really feel like telling anyone."

"Have you told Spain?"

"Of course I have geeze. Anyway, why did you call me?"

"Oh yeah that's right. I'm gonna have three bambinos."
"Three wow, congrats." I smiled at those words. I was super happy that mi fratello was happy for me. "Grazie fratello. I can't wait."

"Yep, I can't wait to be an uncle."

"Of course. I bet you will be an amazing uncle. I also can't wait to be an uncle too," I heard fratello yawn before speaking, "Si. I know I'll be an amazing uncle."

"Alright, well ciao fratello. I'll let you get back to sleep." We said our goodbyes and hung up the phone. Luddy walked into the room and spoke, "So, what did your brother think?" I smiled and responded, "He said congrats and said he can't wait to be an uncle." I got up and gave Luddy and hug. He wrapped his big, strong arms around me. I spoke again, "He's also pregnant too." Luddy looked down at me slightly shocked. "I didn't think he would want kids." I giggled, "He does." We then kissed and continued to hold each other lovingly.
