Okay, I know like not that long ago I said I was brain dead and had zero ideas. But thanks to @MagicNature321 I now have ideas. Thank you very much. Righty then. Enjoy this chapter!

~6 Months Later~

Italy's POV

I was sitting awake at 4:00am trying to get back to sleep when suddenly I felt water running down my leg. At first I was confused until I realised what was happening. My water broke. I turned to Luddy and shook his shoulder and said, "Hey, Luddy. Please wake up." Luddy shifted in his sleep and then sat up, rubbing his eyes. "What's wrong Feli?" I smiled then said, "My water has broken." His eyes suddenly widened and he looked like he was going to panic. "Right. Okay." He picked me up and walked out of the room, down the stairs, out of the house and into the car. He placed me in the back seat. He then got into the front seat and we started to drive to the hospital. "Feli how are you feeling?" I smiled then said, "Not too bad actually." Suddenly the pain started to kick in from the contractions and I let out a small yelp of pain. Luddy turned quickly then asked in a worried tone, "Oh goodness are you okay? What's the matter? Do I need to stop the car?" I shook my head then said, "C-contractions." He focussed back on the road. The pain wasn't as bad as I thought. I then started to think back to how I had already been in ten times worse pain. As we continued to drive I looked out the window trying to ignore the pain. I was breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth with slow breaths just like the doctor told me too. (Oh btw. I searched all this up so if I got anything wrong then blame the internet not me). Once we arrived at the hospital, Luddy carried me inside and we went into the waiting room. The nurse at the front desk saw us and got out a wheelchair. She then proceeded to tell us where to go and she called up my doctor. As we went down the hall, the pain started to get worse, so I decided to focus on breathing. As we went down the halls, suddenly a patient burst out of there room and went running down the halls and nearly crashed into us. The person terrified me so much. Suddenly I felt like I was about to give birth. "L-luddy. I f-feel like I'm about to give birth." Luddy nodded and we rushed down the halls. (Gotta Go FASTTTTTTTTTTT).

No One's POV

Feliciano and Ludwig sat in the hospital room holding their three adorable children. As they sat there, holding their children lovingly, Romano and Spain walked into the room. They looked to see Ludwog holding one of the daughters and Feliciano holding the other two. Romano surprisingly smiled and walked over to them. "They look adorable." Feliciano looked over at his brother and smiled. "Thank you Roma. Do you want to hold one of them?" Romano nodded his head. Feliciano passed their son over and Romano took him in his arms. He had gorgeous, golden brown hair, big bright hazel eyes, tanned skin, wrapped up in a soft blanket. "What's his name?" Ludwig responded, "His name is Matteo. He is the human representation of Rome." Romano smiled and held Matteo close to him. Spain walked over and asked, "What are those two called?" Feliciano spoke, "This cutie here is Sienna and she is the human representation of Florence. And that sweet girl is Lily and she is the human representation of Berlin." Spain and Romano both smiled at their adorable children. Romano massed Matteo back to Feliciano.

Lily has straight brown to blonde hair, very blue eyes and fair skin. Sienna has curly darker brown hair, one blue eye and one honey eye and olive skin.
