Three days has passed. Jihoon hasn't said a word, no one entered his room. The only people who were given permission to enter were his maids who needed to give him food and water. Around the household, it was rumoured that he barely touched his food, he barely spoke, he was mentally and physically ill.

Each day that Chunhua has been hearing this, the more her heart bleeds. This was all her fault. If only she had stayed quiet, none of these would have happened. She wouldn't have to work under this crazy family, Jihoon and Soonyoung would've been safe, everything was going to be okay.

But fate changed. As the days passed by, more and more did she regret everything. More and more did she start to wish something like this wouldn't have happened.

Slowly, she knocks on Jihoon's door. It was night, but she was sure that at a time like this, Jihoon was still awake keeping to himself.

No one answered. She quietly let herself in, she closed the door behind her and looked around the room.

It was like nothing happened. The only thing that was touched in the room was Jihoon's bed, he hid under the blanket while the moon shone in front of him.

She looked over and saw how dead everything just looked. The food was really untouched. Like there were only small bites taken from the food so that Jihoon could survive.

She quietly sat on Jihoon's bed, pulling out something out of her hoodie's pocket, a letter.

"Jihoon, are you awake?" She looked at him. He didnt say anything. He was just staying there behind the covers, but it was obvious that he was wide awake, listening to everything she had to say.

"Look, I'm so sorry. I was stupid and both of you didn't deserve this. You both were innocent and happy. You didn't deserve the treatment you are given now." She says softly. She could see Jihoon turn his body to her direction, his eyes awake. But he looked as if he didn't get sleep. His bags were big, his nose was runny and his eyes were red.

"What do you want? If you're here for your pity then I don't need it. If that's all what you have to say then leave." Jihoon said harshly. She couldn't answer back, it was like she was talking to someone that she didn't know, the same Jihoon was right before her, the Jihoon that was her best friend, but now her best friend had anger inside his blood for her.

She sighed, she took the letter and opened the light from the bedside table, turning it on as she gave the envelope to Jihoon.

The letter looked as if it was worked hard on. There was a flower that was tied with a thin rope, the front adressing for whom it was for.

My Nini

Jihoon stopped. It was that name. The name that he hadn't heard for a while, the name that he longed for a long time. What was it doing there?

He opened the letter, he could feel himself getting excited and nervous at the same time.

Please, stay strong. We'll get through this together.

He stared at it for a few seconds while blinking, he couldn't believe what he was holding, it was something that he never thought he would have.

"It was from Soonyoung. Yesterday I contacted a guy that worked for your family. His name's Xu Minghao. He helped me deliver this letter to you." Chunhua said, looking at the ground, avoiding Jihoon's gaze.

"Why...?" Jihoon felt tears come down from his eyes. He never expected that Chunhua would do something like that for him, even though how harsh she treated him before, it was hard to believe that he was staring at the same person that worked for his father.

She laughed a bit and smiled at Jihoon, "Why? Duh 'cause your my friend, Jihoon. Even if I may have acted like a total bitch to you these past days doesn't mean I'll forever be a bitch. Even if I had to do my job and 'pretend' to be friends with all of you losers, you ended up being my real friends in the end." She smiled as Jihoon laughed.

Chunhua pouted, "What's so funny?" Jihoon wiped his tears from laughing and smiled back. "Oh nothing. Just the fact that you're so cheesy." He continued laughing.

Chunhua smirked as she stated to imitate herself being in love, "Soonyoung, you're such an idiot ahihihi. Well Jihoon, you have to admit that you like me being an idiot." She said changing voices from high pitched to low pitch so that she could imitate both of them. She laughed as Jihoon flushed red.

"What the hell. We're not like that!" He crossed his arms. Chunhua gave him a 'are-you-really-sure' look.

Jihoon rolled his eyes as they continued to laugh.

"Oh, I have a question. How'd Soonyoung know that we were at the airport?" Jihoon asked, his eyes full of wonder when he remembered the moment.

Chunhua shrugged playfully, "Okay so I may or may not have given him an obvious hint? Eh it's fine." She smiled as she shrugged playfully again.

"Well, whatever you say. Well thanks for giving this to me, it's getting late and I think that I should get some sleep-"

"Hold on! I needed to tell you something very very important. Well, you don't have to thank me but I know where Soonyoung is. We can just escape from here and save him with the help of the dude that I mentioned earlier." She smiled. Jihoon was taken aback from what she said, it seemed impossible but maybe it was possible.

Jihoon crossed his arms, a sassy look on his face. "How do you suppose we're going to do that?" He raised his brow.

Chunhua sat comfortably and started to draw on her palm using her finger, "So we can escape tomorrow night. My plan is we could just go when everyone's asleep. The boss said he was going to go somewhere tomorrow which leaves the perfect date to strike. We can't do it anytime else so tomorrow is our only available option. So, are you in?"

She put her hand forward, wanting Jihoon to shake it.

He was nervous, he never escaped from his father. But at the same time it seemed like the only way to save himself and Soonyoung.

He shaked her hand, smiling.

"I'm in."
