I sighed, "Fine, but only something small."
"Thank you, my little siren", Loki said in relief.
"How do you know about those powers?", I asked suspiciously.
"Stark found your file and read off your powers.", Winter explained quickly.
"Who's Stark?", I asked.
"You'll meet him and the rest of the team later love.", Loki said, a touch of worry in his voice. I automatically reached up and caressed his cheek.
"No need to worry princeling", I said gently, "I know how to protect myself."
"But you're a healer!", he protested. I rolled my eyes.
"Just 'cause I'm a healer doesn't mean I can't defend myself. Now, where's the kitchen?"
"This way love", he said with a chuckle. We left the room and entered the elevator. Loki pressed the button with the "A" on it.
"What does the "A" stand for?", I asked, curious.
"It's the symbol Stark uses for the common areas.", Winter explained, "It also stands for Avengers."
"That makes sense.", I said. The elevator doors opened and we walked out. We were met by the image of eleven people standing or sitting around the room. I grew very shy and hid behind Loki.
"Why doesn't she have cuffs on?!"
