Blazing through the sky, the Crimson Dragon's powerful flight carried the blonde riding champion throughout time. Jack gripped his Duel Runner tightly, gritting his teeth to cope with the force of the Dragon's temporal speed..
The Crimson Dragon spat the King out against a pavement, causing Jack's bike to skid and spin, coming to a halt against a gate.

Rubbing his head to overcome dizziness, Jack sat up from his bike and rested his helmet on the seat. Squinting around, he noticed he was at the side of a street, lined with small shops and cafés that seemed quant. The scent of coffee floated around, harmoniously coupled with the floral scent of the florist's, and candles, and fluttering sprays of perfume. Jack walked down the street, peacefully enjoying the scene. Though the weather was dreary, cloudy and cold, the aura of the street made things feel... Right.

Upon coming to a cafe that caught his attention, Jack sat at a chair and checked the menu. Expecting a waiter to calmly come out of the café and take his order, Jack was unpleasantly surprised when a lanky, noir-dressed man in distress stormed out, growling under his breath.

"Zane!" Someone called from the shop. "Quit being like this, bastard!"
"Yeah, I know I'm a bastard. You think I don't know?" His voice deepened, grunting.

Jack watched this man walk past his table, and stood to intrude.
"You... Zane? You're Zane, they said?" He asked.
"Yeah, who's asking? Another person to scold and scorn me?"
Jack pouted, knowing he was in a different time, therefore he had to bear being unknown.
"I'm JACK ATLAS, the King! The Master of Faster! You may not know me, but know this - I'm incredible." His index finger had pointed straight into the sky as he spoke, bellowing his greeting with pride.
Zane watched, dumbfounded. Seeing someone with such arrogance, such confidence... In his time of depression, it was somewhat uplifting.
"Right, Mr. JACK ATLAS! I'm the Kaiser, Zane, so if you don't know me then at least you don't know how trash I am, and how much people deteste me." Zane slumped on the seat opposite Jack's, smacking his head against the table. Lips pressed against the cold surface, he mumbled. "At least there's one person who doesn't have deteste for me, as a stranger."

The blonde sat back down to join the saddened Kaiser, watching his indigo daggers of hair flatten against the table. Instinctively, his hand reached out to stroke the strands, fingers tugging his hair to guide Zane's attention back to himself.
"Zane - or, Kaiser - listen. I have no idea who you are," Zane's head slightly raised, feeling the sting of his hair being pulled, and hearing Jack's strangely soft words.
"But I do know this. No one is totally trash, even if you're born it. I was born the lowest of the low, but one way or another I built myself up into the absolute fucking deity that I am today. Like, look at me." Jack flexed, winking. "I'm literally a living specimen of perfection. And I wasn't born this way, can you believe."

Zane examined "the specimen" in front of him. His eyes scanned up and down, carving around the chiseled features and snarky posture. His outfit choice was questionable, but Zane couldn't question Jack's gravitas of power.
"I believe. And I appreciate you trying to cheer up the most depressed man on earth." Zane twiddled his finger on Jack's, mindlessly. Their slender hands grasped each other, as their eyes locked.
Jack had a chance to survey Zane now. His slender body, his sharp face with sharp eyes of deep turquoize, his threatening hair of indigo - it all attracted Jack's attention.

His voice was another magnetic thing; hearing Zane's speech warmed Jack in a strange way.
"Listen, I have no idea where I am. I'm not from around here..." Jack sheepishly twitched.
"Oh, so you have no place to stay?" Zane perked up, having been distracted from his previous slump. He stood, holding Jack's hand to tug him away.
"I have a hotel room you can share."
Jack stuttered, "I-I- W-wait! I probably shouldn't stay, I mean- I shouldn't really be here... Y-you-"
Zane cut him off bluntly.
"I need you to keep distracting me. The Kaiser demands it." As he dragged Jack off to his hotel, he glanced behind at the flabbergasted Signer and smirked deviously.
"Oi, bloody hell! Don't try and control me, I am a - no, THE KING!" Jack protested, but went with the Kaiser nonetheless. He decided to dig his nails into the Kaiser's hand as punishment, but little did Jack know, this sparked Zane's lust.

Unlocking his hotel room door, Zane walked in first. Jack stepped in, and Zane quickly grabbed Jack's arm to fling him on the bed."Oi, again! Stop controllin-""Sh, Jack Atlas, just let me be with you." Zane leapt on top of Jack, crawling up his person seductively."If you think about it, you're dominating me by attracting me so much. It's a distraction from how shit I am, to be attracted to someone as 'good' as you, as you said."With Jack's ego tickled, amongst other things~, the dominant slid his hand across Zane's back to comfort him."I see, if my goodness counteracts your apparent badness. But, you say you're trash..."Zane lay on Jack, purring, clawing at Jack's neck. "For trash, you're damn sexy and seductive."Jack bit down on Zane's lip, making the Kaiser squeal suddenly."Zane, I'll stay with you in this time of need. Just stay here." Jack lifted the bed cover over his partner, keeping close and comforting his Kaiser.Zane snuggled closer."Fine with me, Jack. Fine with me, King."
