I was amazed. No wait, I was beyond amazed. I was stunned and shocked and everything else that goes with it. After a couple seconds went by though, I became scared. This massive beast was standing in front of me, and I suddenly realized how fragile I was I'm reality with this wolf. I tried to back up even further, even though I knew I was already pushed up against the counter as far as I could go, when all of a sudden, I got light-headed. I started to see black and I lost feeling in my body. That was when I went limp and fell to the ground.

I couldn't move. I couldn't open my eyes, or part my mouth. I was helpless. But, I did know I wasn't alone, and that I sure wasn't on the floor. I could feel myself swaying back and forth with someone's arms around me, and it took me a minuet to realize who's arms they were. Cal was carrying me, and then everything that had happened came flooding back. I was terrified, I had to get my eyes open and get away from him but my body just wouldn't respond. After quite a few long agonizing minuets went by, I finally pried my eyes open. Once I did, I looked up and gasped. He was so beautiful, his dark brown hair was ruffled and his eyes were the color of fresh cut grass. He caught me staring at me though and looked down with a crooked grin on his face and muttered "keep the drool to yourself my dear". How dare he.. I was not drooling.. I decided to just keep my mouth shut and let him carry me through wherever we were. After glancing at my surroundings I noticed we were in the woods, which, might I say is a bit strange. Right when I opened my mouth to ask though, he let me down. At first I was sad, I mean, that wad the first human contact I'd had like that in months, and I missed it. I couldn't help but sneak a glance out of the corner of my eye when I asked him what we were doing though. He looked shocked by how calm I was on the current situation, and so he just stared at me for a few seconds before answering, "I'm going to teach you to change into your spirit animal."
