Ok, so, I want to start animating and I have to get an app thing called AnimateCC in order to do it, but it costs money, (animateCC was a recommended animator thing and looks pretty promising ) and I'm not sure if I should animate on my computer or on my iPad, so I decided to draw one drawing on my iPad and one drawing on my PC and ask you all which one I should do.
