"Oh, Grima..."

You muttered in amusement, shaking your head once your eyes settled on your beloved, who seemed to have found a comforting place to rest this morning... on you, his Summoner.

For a Fell Dragon, he was awfully cute when he was asleep... never did he look so content around you, his arms loosely capturing your waist, head nuzzled into your chest— you almost didn't want to get out of bed at all, as your movements would wake him up immediately, but... as the Summoner, you didn't want to keep the Askr Royals waiting for you... again.

"Grima..." You began, very gently attempting to push his arms away from your body, hoping he wouldn't mind if you were to leave him alone for a little while this morning...

Which, in fact, he did mind.

He groaned— or more like a growl— in displeasure, clutching onto you with more strength than before to keep you in place, your body pressed against his. Raising a brow, you mumbled his name again, trying another attempt to escape your love.

"Stop... worm..." He grumbled what was meant to be a threat, but the little intimidation held in his voice made you giggle instead, your head tilting downwards slightly to place a kiss muffled into his snowy hair— also noticing his grip wasn't so tight after you did so.

How adorable... without realising it, Grima had you wrapped around his finger (although he didn't seem to realise that either), your earlier thoughts about getting out of bed vanishing when you notice just how relaxed he looked. It was rare for someone like him to feel at peace...

And so you decided to remain in his arms for a little while longer, giving him more kisses as he enjoyed a rare sleepy morning with you, a mere human... his favorite mere human.

With a single look, you already concluded that this morning would be a long one.

Your husband seemed to be enjoying his lie in... on top of you. Arms wrapped firmly around your waist, head resting comfortably upon your chest, Claude was almost the very image of a snug cat, enjoying its new toy. Except you were not a mere toy. You were an Archbishop with duties to attend to, and there were some you had to take care of today.

...You just needed to find a way to escape Claude's hold...

"Claude...!" You whispered with slight irritation, brows furrowed in annoyance as you tried to gently wiggle yourself out of his warm grip, but with no avail. He grumbled softly as his arms slowly tightened around your waist, causing you to sigh in irritation.

"Claude... please. I need to go!" You muttered, trying again to escape from him again, only for him to lazily drag you back down onto the mattress.
"No..." He mumbled with a muffled voice, along with a chuckle, and hearing his laugh only annoyed you more than you already felt.
"Claude! This isn't funny!" You protested, just about to try and escape him again...

Until his head raised up, only for his chin to rest upon your chest, his sleepy emerald eyes gazing into your own and looking at you with pure adoration, an expression quite rare from the King of Almyra. You also noticed a playful pout form upon his lips— something more common from him— as he sighed, his arms refusing to let you go.

"Y/n..." He began quietly.
"Just for... five minutes..."

You shook your head as his own nuzzled into your chest again, a spot he discovered to be very comfy indeed. Scoffing with a hint of playfulness, you gave into his request, foolishly agreeing without another thought to stay with your husband for another five minutes...

Which soon resulted into something longer than you planned.
